Vacation rentals with a patio in Delaware Bay

Great location close to lots of good restaurants and the metro! Parking was very easy and the house looked like the photos! Would stay here again.

We were in town for the Presidential inauguration. The location was great! Close, walkable access to the Metro and restaurants. Lovely neighborhood! We loved the layout of the property. Thad was always very responsive and provided helpful directions and information about DC. I will definitely see if Thad’s place is available the next time I travel to DC. Highly recommend!

We had a really wonderful visit and the apartment was perfect for our weekend stay! John and Becky were great hosts and so friendly and accommodating. The apartment was really cute, clean, and had everything you could possibly need. This felt like a home away from home. The neighborhood was great for walks also. We had a great time and we will definitely rent this apartment again any time we are in town.

The house is spacious and well-equipped.Great value for the price. The nearest convenience store is only a few walk away. The downtown area will be less than 10 mins drive. no private parking but it is easy to find parking on the next street. If I come back next time, I will definitely stay here again.

Gia was very clear the whole property is still being renovated - it was really exciting seeing what she’s got planned for the place when it’s done. The suite we rented was easily accessible and exactly what we needed. Responsive and communicative host, would rent again.

Super cute apartment that’s super close to the boardwalk and various restaurants. Carmen was fantastic with communicating and answered any and every question. Check in was super easy and smooth! We were met at the apartment, shown parking spots, and given a code to gain access to the apartment. Check out was just as easy!

Honestly I didn't realize Lewes existed west of Ocean Highway, but I'm so glad it does. This is a great location for a low-key beach weekend. You're super close to Lewes, Rehoboth, and Cape Henelopen but not right on top of it. It's an oasis. Thomas was super helpful and responsive. I couldn't ask for anything more from a host.

The house was beautiful, well kept up, clean and furnished nicely. The location was perfect since it was near to the beaches and activities that we wanted to do in the area. Loved the big kitchen and our doggy had a great time running around in the fenced in backyard! Sharee was easy to communicate with and she provided very helpful information about the area, especially about places to eat. I would highly recommend this home to others.

My family and I spent the weekend. It was cozy and comfy despite the weather. We had a great time and would stay again.

Perfect location for enjoying the Asbury Park boardwalk and great restaurants. Only a 15 minute easy walk to the water. Beaches are beautifully maintained. The Bohemian vibe of the house decor was fun. Comfy beds, open floor plan and all the food basics.

We loved this home. The home is on one level which made it so convenient for my parents. The pictures don’t do the home justice. Courtney and his staff take great care of the home and it shows through out. We loved that each bedroom has a smart TV and Netflix and other apps are accessible for use. The location was perfect especially during the holiday. We were a short distance from a grocery store and Target which were perfect for us. The kitchen is fully stocked which made our stay even better. Would love to visit during the warmer months to be able to enjoy the screened porch and patio area off the master bedroom. We would definitely stay at Courtney’s place again in the future.

Great vacation rental! Unit very clean, comfortable, with all the amenities..The backyard had shower and large picnic table with comfortable outdoor furniture, separate private house in a quiet neighborhood , just blocks walking to the beach and stores. We were a multiple generational family and it served all of our needs. Perfect host! Accommodating to dropping off luggage and getting early start to beach, and also when leaving. Will stay again.

Competitively priced accommodations that provide much more room and privacy than more expensive hotel rooms. Cute little house was perfectly clean and accurately described in their listing. A comfortable space with a great sectional couch and smart TV to relax with at the end of our busy days. Hosts make access easy with touchpad keyless entry. Will definitely stay here in future if possible.

I had a wonderful stay in brigantine, it was the perfect location for my little extended weekend getaway! They provided me with tons of great food recommendations and even allowed me to check in early because I ended up in the area before I had planned.

We love staying at Sunset Island. This is the first time in a condo and it was perfect!

The best about Nika's place is the location. Is a block from the beach, and the amazing park is right behind the apartment. We went fishing every day at the pier, there were many people crabbing also. The building is a little dated, but once you get into the apartment it doesn't matter. The pool was also nice and clean.
