Hidden gem and well worth for a peaceful retreat

I stayed with 5 other family members and a child. We had felt in ❤️ at the first sight when we saw the villa's picture in air bnb app. The host ( pak hary ) was very helpful and gave us a clear instructions towarding our arrival time. Thanks pak for the warm welcome. Its a brand new villa. Quite and safe neighborhood. They have 24 hrs security. Its located Near to city center and many good places around jogja city center.. When we arrived the villa has been cleaned. And the AC in all rooms have been switched on. What a lovely warm welcome since we had 8 hrs long trip from jakarta. And we arrived in the middle of the night. So thanks pak hary. There were 4 spacious bedrooms. 3 of them have its own bathroom. The kitchen is amazing! And the living room is my favorite 🥰 I can say its the best villa i've stayed in Jogja. 1000% recommended !!

The place is very comfortable, clean, very complete just bring clothes. Make family rame2 fit, feels like at home. Top bgt 👍 Cars can accommodate 4 more,there are mushollas too

villa stay rotten... a great choice to stay & away from the hustle and bustle ofthe city... because the villa is comfortable comfortable clean & Bu sur is super duper friendly good... God willing we want to go back again at villastay rotten ..

Overall, my stay in Andik's place was really good. Beautiful mountain, ricefields view from the balcony. Andik provides some amenities for cooking and dispenser water inside. Cobwebs inside the room and sand on the floor, it probably because they were in a hurry when cleaning up the room, so it's not cleaned properly

The villa is very nice as in the pic. The pool is clean. The bedroom, kitchen, living room are all clean, tidy and very pleasant. The mini bar is not only provide coffee, sugar and tea but complete with bread and various jam for breakfast. The villa staff are also very friendly. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was clean, the helpers were nice and responsive. The only downsides are the air cons took a bit of time to cool and the bathrooms are too small for me (only the master bedroom's bathroom is large). Overall, it was worth every penny, we got more than what we paid. Will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa! The location was perfect - peaceful and private, yet only 5 minutes from Malioboro street. Our host, Leonardo, was exceptional - very responsive, provided great local recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The unit was immaculate and boasted an array of amenities. However, first-time visitors might find the apartment building challenging to locate, as it's tucked away in a quiet alley. Although check-in presented minor issues, Mr. Zacky's prompt responsiveness and exceptional hospitality swiftly resolved them. I'd definitely return!
