My place is close to Moffat - which is equal distance between Alamosa and Salida. It is the launch pad to the fun things to do out here in the middle of no-where. IE: Great Sand Dunes, hot springs, Hooper pool, UFO park, alligator park, etc!, parks. You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, the people, the ambiance, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets).

We had a wonderful experience here! We were so grateful to find a nice home that allowed us to bring our dogs (they are our travel companions!). The beds were amazingly comfortable and that upgraded bathroom was wonderful! It worked well for my husband and me, our 16 year old daughter. She originally had a friend who was planning on coming with us, and the loft area would have been perfect for 2-3 kids! It was great to be able to cook out and just relax at 'home' in the evenings!!

Rachel’s Dog House is exceed our expectations! My husband, myself, and our two young boys were right at home. The beds were super comfortable, the tub/shower were spacious. The views were beautiful (we watched deer cross the pasture every morning). And we were able to grab delicious food and coffee from Rachel’s Food Truck in very morning before we hit the lifts at Wolf Creek. Rachel’s Dog House added to our memories! We will be back

This place was nothing short of amazing. An incredible location matched with amazing hosts. The hosts were so friendly and really went out of their way to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. It’s hard to pick a favorite part of the stay but the hot tub ranks very high. And I’m not sure I’ve ever had a breakfast as beautiful as the ones we had here, looking into the mountain range as we ate every day. Highly recommend staying here!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Daniel’s Airbnb! I was impressed with how clean, cozy, and well-maintained the space was. The house had everything we needed—thoughtful touches like extra blankets, coffee supplies, nice cookware, and comfortable mattresses made it feel like home away from home. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful yet right in the heart of town. My kids loved seeing the deer in the backyard each evening. Daniel was an exceptional host—very responsive, welcoming, and made sure I had everything I needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway. We will definitely stay here again next time we come up to ski!

Beyond fantastic! This place is a gem. It hurts to write a great review because I wish I could keep it a secret. Everything about this place screams a great time away from mundane life and recharging in nature. If you like to fly fish, there are monsters to be had in the river. The ranch dogs, Povi and RuRu kept my two little sons entertained and Glenn was more than a gracious host. This isn’t some minute by minute planned out ranch experience where you over pay for a catered trip that leaves you unfulfilled. I loved this place. The pictures don't do it justice. We had deer, a bunny rabbit, and a robin to greet us when we came in. The views of the mountain are beautiful. The townhouse is big and comfortable. Plenty of room for me, my dog, and cousin. The bedrooms are at different ends of the house with their own bathrooms. Perfect if you need space from your housemates. The washer/dryer is full size. Kitchen has everything you need. We did have to buy coffee and w/d soap. The host offered to reimburse because it is normally supplied. We just took it home so we did not take her up on her offer.
