Vacation rentals with a hot tub in DeKalb County

Great find, back yard was great! If you come in the spring, expect to skim the pool in the hot tub a lot because it’s spring in at Atlanta :-) We had everything we needed, and there were a lot of restaurants and shops close by just a fast car drive, but it was a lovely place to take a quiet walk in the morning and hang out in the backyard all day ! Chili recommended!!

The backyard was awesome! Hot tub, lots of seating on the covered porch, beautiful landscaping. We were there in early spring so the pool was closed and plants just greening up, but the outdoor space would be even more of a pleasure in warmer months. Well appointed kitchen and the family room was comfy and large, really nice couch and chairs.

The house was super cute and was even better than the pictures! Minty was very responsive and accommodating to any of our needs. The online check-in and add-on services were also very easy on the app. My whole family enjoyed the house and the lovely area it was located in! We will definitely be staying here again when we come back in the area.

Our stay at Marlon and Francine’s was fabulous. The house was clean, spacious and private. We loved the quiet nighttime air in the back yard. The hot tub was a plus. The swimming pool wasn’t available due to previous weather. Once we asked about the pool they reached out to update us. We really appreciate our stay. Would recommend it 1000 %. We will be back to rent just about anytime we come to Atlanta. I would thank you both Marlon and Francine for our stay.

This house was perfect for our group of 9! It was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Maria is a fabulous host, she was friendly and had great communication prior to our stay and during. The location of the house is great, a short drive to all the fun attractions and tons of great restaurants . The neighborhood was charming and peaceful. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely keep Maria’s listing in mind for any future Atlanta visits!

Had a great stay with our student group to an Emory conference. For our purposes, it was affordable and clean and safe. A group of our size (we maxed the allowed number of 14) was really pushing the bounds of the property's bathroom and living room situation, but we made do. Very convenient to grocery store and local restaurants, and only ten minutes to campus. Clear instructions on check-out and nothing overbearing. Note: give really clear instructions to any food delivery, as the driveway is long and the house well out of sight of the road.

though she had no obligation to do so, Karen was gracious enough to allow us onto the property 2 hours early, which kept us from missing a 4 pm reservation. The hone was perfect for our small group of 4, but could have easily accommodated another 6 guests.

We had a wonderful stay at this unique air b and b. What a lovely backyard to spend quality time with family! Kitchen was nicely equipped. Owners were great with timely responses.

This Airbnb is stunning! Beautiful views, clean, and contemporary. We found enough comfy space in the living room with individual seating as well as three couches which is a rare find. The game room is large and a hit with young adults. The kitchen island is huge and there are many dining tables. The outdoor views are calming. Alina is very attentive with messaging to check in. The thermostat is a modern turning dial but I never needed to change it. Beautiful large stone showers and the master en suite is fit for a bride and groom. We were happy to learn of an additional studio nearby if ever needed for guests. Honestly the best place we have stayed in Georgia!. We saw deer multiple times on the driveway to the house. Worth the commute drive if you are going anywhere but once you are there you will not want to leave! If you have any hesitation take a tour of the house first and you will see it is just as pictured.

This home was perfect for our multi generational family trip to the Atlanta area. The home is in a very high end and beautiful neighborhood of expensive homes. Rod had clear instructions for our arrival and the home was very clean. The furniture was comfortable and there were enough seating spots for our large group. We were very very satisfied with our stay and strongly recommend Rods place to anyone.

Had a mini family reunion and Piedmont Heaven was perfect. Plenty to do for all ages. We definitely will be back! Alex was super responsive and took care of all of our needs. Shout out to the host for making our trip fabulous!!

The house was spacious, beautiful, organized, and clean and was one of the best that we've stayed in to date. I DO wish that the hosts would allow more than 10 people as the house can hold more. 😁 The hosts, communicated thoroughly, promptly, and regualry regardless of the time of the day. They also looked to accomodate in every way possible to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. We recommend the home as well as Melanie and Sue as hosts. Looking forward to staying here again in the future as the house and location was awesome.

My family was traveling to Georgia to attain my daughter’s next Service Dog from Canine Assistants in Alpharetta. We were looking for a place our whole family(our pups included) could stay for the week, enjoy the beautiful surrounding area and relax with our friends that live locally. The Three Birches as a home and Roberta as its steward exceeded our expectations! We are a family of six (+ Pups), so it can get tight at times but not at the Three Birches. The home was perfect, spacious and easy to navigate, with acres of property to explore, along with donkeys, miniature horses and a Ram to keep us company. No Roosters needed to wake us each morning, the Donkeys bray was quite sufficient! Last but certainly not least, Roberta was beyond a gracious and supportive host. We communicated often before and during our stay at her family’s home. Never an issue. Would definitely come again, especially with Roberta at the helm!!

We had a great time. The place represented the photos. Every room was very clean. There were plenty of amenities. The kitchen was completely stocked. This was the first airbnb we stayed at that had everything we needed. We were greeted with a wonderful basket of goodies. There was plenty of space and everyone was accommodated. They responded super quick to everything. The place has so much character. The cabin like feel was such a hit for my nieces sweet 16 celebration. The family loved the place and we will definitely stay again. Thank you for opening your home.

10/10 would recommend and plan on returning in the future. The house was fully equipped with all amenities as well as all around beautiful. Adrian was fast to respond to any questions and overall a great host.

I absolutely adored this cute little cabin. On the outside it’s looks quaint but once inside it really opens up and is so much bigger! The neighborhood was very quiet and there were so many great Korean restaurants nearby
