The curb appeal is stunning, and the backyard and outdoor space were even better in person — the pool area and decor created such a beautiful setting for us. My husband and I stayed here for a getaway trip to explore different museums and things in Dallas. We wanted to stay somewhere that was not too far of a drive to each place we wanted to go, but also jot directly downtown. This place was the perfect distance away from everything! It was quiet, private, and a cozy place for two! It was nice having a fully functioning kitchen with nice pots and pans to cook with for breakfast. Catherine was very attentive, respectful of our privacy, and never made me feel like a burden if I had any questions about anything. She responded very fast to any message I sent her and was very kind! I would highly recommend anyone stay in this cozy guesthouse if you are wanting a quiet place to stay but not wanting to drive a long distance into Dallas. I would 100% stay here again in the future!

I would highly recommend this house for groups. THE BACKYARD MAKES IT an ideal space. We had 10 college girls and two adults. The girls had enough space to spread out throughout the house and especially in the yard. Indoors was perfectly clean-my whole group loved the comfort of the beds. The kitchen was perfect for us since we only had two people cooking. Camilla was an ideal host and extremely communicative. We felt it was a very good deal for the accommodations offered. We hope to be back!

We went as a large group to Dallas and absolutely loved our stay. The house was beautiful with everything we needed. The pool and hot tub kept the kids busy and the adults relaxed. Serena and Wonjae went out of their way to communicate with us and keep everything comfortable. There was a storm the night before and they were proactive in getting someone to come clean the pool, they even put out a playpen and highchair when they saw a baby was staying. I could not recommend this listing enough for anyone traveling to the area!

The overall place is good and looks as mentioned in the pictures. Amy very helpful. The fact that the pool and hot tub required maintenance while I was there is a letdown. Additionally the video games as advertised should have been working well, they should come off the site or be completely replaced, they are a selling point which are not available since they don't work. Again, Amy was very helpful with all, and the place overall is good. Just needs a few refinements butany issue we had Amy took care of very quickly.

The house was very spacious. It is an older home but the owner has decorated and in quirky eclectic style. Rooms are spacious as is the living room and dining room. The pool was nice but the weather was not great for the pool. The host was very nice and responsive. My wife and I enjoyed our stay.
