Maria's house is charming. The view (I have no clue to describe it) , the quiet and the authentic atmosphere are like an anti-stress "pill". The place completely met my expectations - clean and with all the amenities. Maria sets the mood with her wide smile right from the welcome. An extremely helpful host, but with a very delicate presence. I would spend a lot of time and different seasons in this home.

We had a very good week at Savvas’ place. The house is very comfortable, very cool, we barely used the air conditioning in the middle of August. The view is great from the terrasse and the balcony, you basically always have an eye on the sea, the islands far away, and the trees. Good starting point for shorts treks to the sea. There is a swimming pool that not only kids can use and we enjoyed it at the end of each day. We definitely recommend.

The Spa Villa has everything you need ehen you are looking for a relaxing and privat surrounding. There was fresh fruit, coffee, cold wine, water an juice so that the vacation could start right away. Our hosts made us feel welcome and had some good advice for things to do and local restaurants. There were very heldful and reacted quickly. It was very easy and relaxed so we enjoyed our stay a lot and can recommend the Spa Villa without a doubt or hesitation.

Beautiful clean renovated place. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. The place is spacious and can easily accommodate 8 persons. The beach is a five minute walk with some nice restaurants near by. Will definitely be back.

It is a place where you can relax to the max. It is a beautiful, clean and well-kept house. Spacious rooms and a kitchen with everything you need. The terrace of the house is spacious and has an extraordinary sea view. Also, the yard is very beautiful and constantly maintained. I communicated very well with Maria whenever it was necessary. It is a place to which I would return with great pleasure and joy.

We had a wonderful time at George's place. It is a nice, comfortable and quite spacious house, very well equipped and very clean. Great location to sightsee local attractions and monuments and a few minutes' drive from the most wonderful beaches in the area. George's recommendations were perfect and his neighbors are amazing! Thank you all very much for your hospitality and kindness!

The host was extremely generous, responsive, and flexible. The apartment is well-located, close to the beach and town centre, and within easy reach of Delphi. It is large and includes an attractive outdoor area with tables and chairs. The beds were comfortable and the living area was delightfully decorated without being cluttered. Everything we needed as tourists was available, and the host provided many helpful suggestions. We left our car in the street nearby, and never had difficulty finding a parking space. However, one consideration that might be relevant for some visitors is that there are several flights of stairs between street level and the apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend this apartment wholeheartedly. We felt welcome and well-supported throughout our stay - which was only too brief.

We spent 12 days at Efi’s place and loved it ! The house is beautiful, comfy, super well equipped, clean and well located. The communication was easy and we had everything we needed. The only downside is the many bees and wasps around the pool because of the heat but we managed to cohabitate and no one got bitten as they are not agressive.

Lovely quaint house in a good location with sea view. Very quiet, easy and quick access to the sea and shops on foot, convenient place in the center of Evia for walks to good beaches and interesting places. The house is equipped with everything one might need, but also many extras that make the stay special, such as a sweet cake, traditional alcohol to welcome, towels and umbrella for the beach, up to outlets for devices with outside receptacles (USA/UK/etc.), and these are just a small sample. All thoughtful and beautiful. The house is cozy, bright, and airy, with two bathrooms, one of which is very large and comfortable, all spotless. The hosts were very friendly, told us about many sights and historical events in the area. We had a great time and I don't want to write anymore because in the future we won't find it again!

What an amazing place! Ideal for families or those who want to spend some quiet time overlooking and very close to a beautiful beach that doesn't get crowded. The shaded front yard is wonderful, allowing you to spend most of your time outdoors. Aristea was extremely helpful and responsive. We would love to be back! Kostas Moissoglu

Ioannis was a fabulous host. He met us at the door and explained a bit about the house. He regularly checked in to make sure we didn't need anything.

Beautiful and peaceful place, amazing and caring hosts, very friendly, kind and communicative; welcomed us with food and gave us fruits and jam throughout our stay, made us feel just like at home :) perfect if you’re looking for a retreat, away from tourists. We enjoyed it so much and would definitely recommend!

The apartment is very spacious with a great terrace overlooking the sea. The kitchen is well equipped so you can cook your own meals. The host was very responsive and kind.

A very homely, comfortable space with lots of thoughtful touches - food staples in the kitchen (oil, herbs, etc). Absolutely beautiful garden and gorgeous views from the place. Very comfy bed. Great walks from the door. You won’t regret booking!

We had a great stay in Evoia. The house is nicely located and very close to the beach which we enjoyed very much. The house is pet friendly and we took our dog with us. Unfortunately, we had the feeling that we were watched all the time.when we came back from the beach the Host was on her balcony. Then she was watching us from the window. She even came to my friend after midnight because 2 of us left the house to go buy something. It was mentionned in the listing that we had access to the backyard, yet the Host kept asking questions about the dog and to keep him inside and not in the garden, not even for few minutes. On the day of the check out she was was pressuring us to leave at 11:45 and she was waiting with the detergeants in the basket. Not to mention that the checkout was at 12 and we were getting ready to leave on time. We felt kicked out of the listing

Chris and Kathryn are lovely hosts. We enjoyed our stay very much. Amazing location and the cottage had everything we needed.

The house is located in a very quiet area but at the same time it is a gateway to the city of Trikala, for a mountain trip to famous areas of the prefecture but also close to many activities. The home is spotless, warm with all the amenities listed and exactly as shown in the photos on the site. It is also suitable for a family as it has a large yard tidy so that children can comfortably play safely and parents be calm by grilling on the bbq (winter and summer ) supervising their children playing safely. I was especially impressed by the owner ( Mr. Christos ) as he took care and provided to make our stay very comfortable and this was evident from the reception where he waited for us until 10 at night because we had hassle on the street. He ensured everything in our stay from Friday to Sunday when we left to have a pleasant and carefree weekend. We're sure we're staying there again

Everything great, the house has everything that one needs. Comfortable beds, washing machine, dishwasher and enough kitchen utensils. Nice location, chickens and bunnies in the yard. There is a large terrace with a roof great for long breakfasts. The owner is very friendly and attentive. Only a few km drive to climbing spots. .

A very pretty little cottage hidden in the middle of the moutain with a fantastic garden a few minutes away from Panormos beach. The house was very very clean and have all the ammenities needed. Tonia was very reactive and helpful. Just a little thing, the space rented is not the full house but half of it (although no one was stayng in the other half) so the living space inside the house is actually quiet small. At last be ready for mosquitoes as there are swarming the place at some hours. However we must say that we had a very enjoyable two weeks stay ! Thank you Tonia.

Enchanting house. Completely private. Well equipped and everything worked. Comfy beds and well stocked kitchen. Very good communication with the host. Despite a long unpaved road, easily accessible. Restaurant and shopping can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The house was clean and equipped with welcome greetings. Wonderful night sky. We would book again.
