Apartment is clean and nicely furnished in a very residential, local area. Location is a 10min walk to a train stop that leads to the airport and about a 30min walk to the Acropolis.

Very clean place. Enough of space for 8 people. everything was prepared for us, the place had everything we needed. Area was nice and quiet. nice few spots in the area to have good food and coffee

Great place, spotless, equipped with everything you need from toiletries to kitchen utensils and appliances. They even provided toothbrushes and toothpaste, clean towels and slippers. Had hot water in the shower at all times. Very clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive and gave clear instructions for check in and check out. Nothing bad to say, totally worth it.

A very nice modern apartment just a short walk from the southern end of the “Athens Riviera” - it was recently upgraded and looked like they a great job - a few minor issues but then the Host was immediately available and very helpful,

Everything went great for our 2 weeks stay: the apartment is in a lively neighborhood with tons of bars and restaurants just steps away. It's also super peaceful, thanks to the bedroom facing the courtyard. Even when the fantastic farmers market's happening on the street, you'll sleep like a baby. The place is clean and comfortable, and we worked from there for two weeks without any issues. The Wi-Fi was perfect for calls and meetings. Plus, all the major tourist spots are within walking distance, and the subway is just a few minutes away. We had such a great time here. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting

Our stay was beautiful! The neighborhood is really nice, very quite area, the apartment was just as described and shown in photos. Convenient location as there are a couple of supermarkets, a bus station, some restaurants amongst other things near by. The beach is accesible by a short walk (about 15 - 20min), the surroundings are very safe, only thing worth mentioning about it is that there is no sidewalks by the roads, so you have to keep an eye on passing cars and make sure to walk very close to the side of the road. If you're looking for a nice and quiet place at Porti Rafti this is definitely the place for you! We highly recommend

Amazing stay here! Everything was super clean and modern. Perfect for a little getaway. We loved watching TV in the living room. So comfy and felt right at home. Area/street wasn’t the best, had to walk uphill to get to city center but not too bad. It was overall a wonderful stay!!

The accommodation was very clean, quiet and very well located. it is a 10/15 minute walk from the Psyri neighborhoods, Monastiraki for example. Our host took care of booking us a taxi as our flight was at 7am. I recommend staying.

Marita and George were superstar hosts; very communicative and helpful, they went above and beyond to assist with local recommendations and more. The apartment was lovely, had everything we needed, so central and we happened to stumble right onto the Friday street market which was incredible. We had a happy stay!

I have stayed in 4 different Airbnbs in Athens before. I can say that Richard's was definitely the best. 5 of us stayed very comfortably and we parked our car in the car park. The apartment is super clean, fully equipped, and everything was perfectly in order—you won’t feel anything is missing. Definitely try the restaurants he suggests; the ones we managed to try were excellent. We also really enjoyed his company when he explained various places and shared his insights about Athens. Moreover, Andreas is always responsive and quick to reply. What stood out the most was his support, not only during our stay but also beforehand—he answered my questions in detail and very promptly. Huge balconies. Host greeting. Large living space. Location. I felt safe in the neighborhood. I would stay here agin.

Everything was great the house had everything was spotless and modern the host was quite helpful and always available any time of day,the amenities were exactly as described on the page we had no problem. Also the house is a five-minute walk from the wonderful area of the regiment.. thank you for the wonderful service and accommodation in your appartment.. we highly recommend ❤️ it to anyone who wants to spend a great night mainly with a couple.. (incredible hot tub to try it if you repair the space)

Hosts were very responsive an helpful. all requests and questions were answered positively. The place was really nice. walking distance from every interesting thing in Athens without the crowdness of monsteryaki area. we came with an infant and the apartment was well equiped with everything we needed

Great service, clean property! Easily housed 8 adults. Walking distance to all attractions in the area. Close to key transit points. Host was very responsive and helped us on one occasion when we accidentally locked ourselves out. Highly recommend.
