Cozy lil cabin just off Kentucky lake in Eva Tenn. Incredible outdoor adventures from biking to kayaking and api. Huge yard and fire pit. Great escape from it all!

We absolutely loved Jennie’s house. It was the perfect spot on the river for all of our friends and even our dogs to spend the 4th of July weekend. The house has an amazing view overlooking the Tennessee River with a great porch setup that we enjoyed each morning. The house was well kept and fully equipped for us to make anything at the house. We felt right at home and really enjoyed our stay. We were 15 minutes from the State Park boat ramp to let in at Pickwick and 10 minutes from the golf course in town. There was also a ramp that you could let in at right down the road if you wanted to be on the Tennessee River side. Jennie was also very responsive whenever we had any questions. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay!

So to make a long story short, we haven’t had our reservations yet! I got really sick and couldn’t make it and Deborah (even though she had a major family emergency) still responded in a timely manner and completely understood what I was going through and was very sympathetic! We are still very excited about staying in the house, we just had to push back our visit for a couple of weeks and the fact that she is working with us speaks volumes to me and my fiancé! We will definitely be staying here as often as we can!! Can’t thank Deborah enough for all her kindness and understanding!!!

It served our purpose, if your just needing a place to stay for a night with you and your doggie its well worth the money and the host is very prompt at answering you.

The place is in excellent condition. The staff of the campground/marina were all helpful and friendly. The water is an easy walk and if you have fishing equipment, there are lots of places to drop a line in. I expected the cabin to be overlooking the water. I could have misread the description because I booked in a hurry, but when I saw there was no lakeside view I thought the price was high.

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was the perfect getaway. Judy and Bob were wonderful host, very responsive and helpful.

It was a short trip for business that didn't allow for time to enjoy the marina and its activities, but it looks like a great place to take a large group for a fun trip.

This house was everything we needed and more. It was exactly as John described. We had such an amazing time just hanging out with our family. The men had a great time fishing. I have a good feeling we will be back soon! Thank you John!!!

Coby’s place was a wonderful little getaway spot. Nice and relaxing. Perfect for stargazing and enjoying the Tennessee river. Friendly neighbors as well. I hope to come back one day!

it was a beautiful place to stay I slept and rested and also enjoyed being outside in front of the fire listening to the water. very accommodating and she was great!

Had a wonderful stay at Tims place. The lot was exactly as described with easy access to the water and beautiful views. Tim was very responsive and was able to accommodate us at the last minute. I would definitely book it again.

this was a great place for a little family vacation lots of space and openness in the living dining room kitchen area. if you're not used to the country life, it can be a bit intimidating, but there are lights that plug in outside that help illuminate that we weren't aware of it first so those are helpful!Also put your phone on Wi-Fi calling😉 everyone in the town was very nice and helpful and we even got our Thanksgiving event catered and they knew the homeowners so that was pretty cool! very private and great outdoor space .

The location is very peaceful in that you overlook the water. The quality of towels and wash cloths could be better. The place has a smell to it but they do allow animals so perhaps that’s the reason. The entire camper could use a good deep cleaning but otherwise it’s sufficient.
