John's place was amazing. I got a chance to watch the snow fall from the sun room. The snow scenery was very beautiful around the lake. Will definitely be back when it's warmer.

Cozy lil cabin just off Kentucky lake in Eva Tenn. Incredible outdoor adventures from biking to kayaking and api. Huge yard and fire pit. Great escape from it all!

This is a really nice house. Decorated nicely and the open floor plan was great. The view of the river is awesome and the sunrise is beautiful. We would highly recommend staying here.

We have stayed here twice, I waited too long to review the first time🥺. We love this place it’s quiet, off the road a bit so you don’t really hear traffic. One of the best beds for sleeping! Kind of reminds me of my grandparents home. Cozy and cute. I’m almost reluctant to say how much we like it as y’all might book it when I want it again. Our daughter lives about 20 minutes away and Shiloh battlefield is about the same in the opposite direction. Don’t miss it if you have the time.

What a great place. We needed something for a few nights so we could go hunting. Perfect spot. The house is great and well maintained. Jessica was so helpful with everything and helping with recommendations when asked. Will definitely be back next year

We absolutely loved the place! It was so homey and comfortable and she had everything you could think of needing on vacation, stocked. Very hospitable stay with consideration for any type of guests and pets. I've stayed in many airbnbs and Jana's felt the most at home given all the extra amenities and snacks. We were only passing through so we weren't able to utilize the home as much as we'd like but I'm definitely saving this listing for a longer visit!

The place is in excellent condition. The staff of the campground/marina were all helpful and friendly. The water is an easy walk and if you have fishing equipment, there are lots of places to drop a line in. I expected the cabin to be overlooking the water. I could have misread the description because I booked in a hurry, but when I saw there was no lakeside view I thought the price was high.

Brian’s cottage is adorable. Very private and easy to find. Loved the Caribbean theme 🏝️⛱️🏖️

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was the perfect getaway. Judy and Bob were wonderful host, very responsive and helpful.

It was a short trip for business that didn't allow for time to enjoy the marina and its activities, but it looks like a great place to take a large group for a fun trip.

This house on the river is what your family is looking for. It is beautiful and peaceful. We loved sitting on the porch at night listening to nature. Home is comfortable and well equipped. Highly Recommend!!!

Coby’s place was a wonderful little getaway spot. Nice and relaxing. Perfect for stargazing and enjoying the Tennessee river. Friendly neighbors as well. I hope to come back one day!

We had a wonderful stay at this Riverside home! Diane went above and beyond, especially for our dog, providing thoughtful extras like treats, a dog bowl, a cozy blanket, and a toy—such a special touch that made us feel so welcome. She also provided us with sparkling grape juice to ring in the new year! The home itself was cozy, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It’s clear that Diane put a lot of care into making this a great experience. We can’t wait to come back again! Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a peaceful and pet-friendly getaway.

Had a wonderful stay at Tims place. The lot was exactly as described with easy access to the water and beautiful views. Tim was very responsive and was able to accommodate us at the last minute. I would definitely book it again.

Thank you for such a fun place to sneak away to. We were comfy and relaxed for our stay and felt like we were up in the sky on our own little hill. Awesome view too!

The location is very peaceful in that you overlook the water. The quality of towels and wash cloths could be better. The place has a smell to it but they do allow animals so perhaps that’s the reason. The entire camper could use a good deep cleaning but otherwise it’s sufficient.
