Absolutely recommend this place to anyone traveling here! I stayed here with my family and had a great time. Edmond was such a great host, he provided anything you need for the beach and the kitchen had all the basic necessities. We really enjoyed our stay.

What a great place to stay! Not even a five minute walk to the beach ⛱️ You can walk to either Surfside or Garden City Piers, which make for great strolls and photos. The house was clean, and exactly like the photos. It worked great for my family. I appreciate how responsive Lissa was! The best part? Checkin and Checkout were a breeze. oh and plenty of parking! We were able to fit 2 trucks and 2 SUVs easy. I definitely recommend this stay.

Summer’s place is a great place to stay. Right across the street from the beach with easy access. Home is a nice clean and relaxing place to unwind after a day at the beach. Summer was very accommodating with a request and truly appreciated her hospitality. I highly recommend staying here. Great bang for your buck. Would definitely stay again. Thanks so much Summer!!

My family and I fully enjoyed our stay.! The condo is great, and 100% as described The location is perfect and right across a quiet street to the beach. The restaurant off the lobby (Buckets) was great and super convenient for a quick bite, and drink. Pam is awesome, and seemingly always there! We had a car and all restaurants and attractions were no more than 15min away. We enjoyed the boardwalk, and broadway on the beach, trip to N. Myrtle Beach for a Dolphin tour was great as well, we’d recommend Sea Racer Tours 100%. Best part was the Beach and Pool and the convenience of both. Thanks again Ron! Jeff & Family

Patricia was an awesome host. She was responsive and so helpful. The condo was immaculate. The kitchen is very nice. The bedroom was also immaculate. Patricia was also very accommodating allowing both my wife and myself to change our original reservation due to such inclement weather. Who could predict a snow storm in Garden City The location was perfect! We would definitely recommend staying at Patricia's condo

Although we stayed at a home that we did not select (due to homeowner emergency) we were provided a home with identical amenities. Nicole was very responsive and her property was well taken care of. The location was awesome! Just a few minutes walk to the beach. She provided lots of recommendations and the house was more than adequately stocked. Each bedroom offered extra linens, extra bath towels and more than enough kitchenware. Will definitely stay at one of Nicole’s properties again!

The location was as advertised and the host Robert was very informative prior to check in and check out. It is a very quiet area next to the beach.

Great beach house in a fantastic location! Debbie made all the arrangements for a very easy check-in, and the house had everything we needed for our stay (with use of the golf cart a huge plus!). The location was perfect, right in the middle of the community near the pools and other amenities, with that fantastic view over the lake from the back porch where we spent plenty of time relaxing. The whole family (kids, parent, grandparents) enjoyed the space and we hope to be back.

This unit is very well taken care of. Check in was easy, unit was clean and location was great. Would stay here again.

Camper was amazing. Shower kept hot water the entire length of shower. The master bed is amazingly comfortable and felt like you was at home. Host was very fast responding. Will stay there again in the future

A family friendly place to stay and we all enjoyed our trip. We were down to celebrate our sisters 75th birthday and felt at home! Sandra was awesome and the price was perfect! All the comforts of home!! Sandra was the best host!! Thanks Kelly Surface

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay! The host, DeAnn was second to none, and one of the best hosts we have ever had. We were scheduled to arrive during Hurricane Debby, and DeAnn was incredibly helpful and accommodating - she was even providing me with daily local forecasts from trusted sources, so we had the most accurate information. We ended up adjusting our arrival with no problem and proceeded to have a wonderful time. There is a full stocked kitchen (with everything from the normal items one would expect, to an air fryer and spices 😁), and a spacious living layout. We were steps from the beach, pools (including one with a lazy river) and much to our delight, even tennis courts! We used them all! There were also playgrounds for younger kids, and a basketball court. We did see an indoor/outdoor pool too, but didn't use that. Entry was simple, both to the resort and apartment - having a code was so much easier than carrying a key. We will definitely return!

Joe & Tiffany are great hosts! We stayed there last year and loved the accommodations so we came back this year. The condo was just like last year with plenty of amenities and super clean. They are very accommodating hosts and hopefully we can book with them next year!

I've been using Airbnb for years and Bianca has been, without a doubt, the best host ever! We had a couple of minor issues and she resolved them quickly and answered all off my questions and messages very promptly. The studio was spotless and very welcoming. I will definitely be staying here again!! 10 out of 10 recommend!!!
