Family-friendly vacation rentals in Dearborn Heights

Great place to stay! We had a wonderful time with friends. Would stay again.

It was a pleasant stay, had so much fun everything was well maintained and clean. The highlight was the hot tub, and the complimentary coffee was a cherry on top.

Jason was an awesome and super responsive host. The house was super clean and it was in a nice quiet area while still only being a short car ride from night life. Would highly recommend!

Sara’s listing was very lovely and had a very homey feel with lots of traditional furniture and tons of natural light. Each bedroom has its own vibe. There’s a narrow staircase that leads up to the living space which might be troublesome for some older folk but other than that I love everything else. We didn’t need to use the stove or any appliances but there’s was basically everyone you would need, plus there were some chickens running around the backyard which was fun. Would stay here again. Not too far from downtown.

Adam's home is beautiful and was a great home away from home for our family for the weekend! I wish we would've had more time because the outdoor space/backyard is incredible! Very highly recommend Adam's place and would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed my time here! Lots of space and the fenced years was great for my little dog. Good location near downtown Ferndale on a nice, quiet street. I had some trouble getting into the house at first, but the host was very responsive and found a solution.

we went with another couple the place was easy to find in a nice part of Detroit. the house and yard are gated so not only are you safe but so is your vehicle. it's a nice little stroll two downtown where you'll find everything you need.

I stayed at Heron Pointe once before and liked it so much I decided to go back for the holidays. And wow, am I glad I did! Carol and Pete (the hosts) have just finished a complete makeover of the entire place and have taken it to a whole new level. Totally new décor and it is gorgeous! Suffice it to say they have spared no expense to create a real “home away from home” that does not feel like a rental. Quality touches like a real Vitamix for making Smoothies, nice cookware, beautiful bone china dishes, to-die-for recliner swivel rockers, heated mattress pads, luxurious bedding, fluffy towels (and lots of them!)…well you get the idea. I don’t want to give away all of their surprises. Let me just say…BOOK THIS PROPERTY!! NOW!! Thanks so much Pete and Carol, I will definitely be back!

Amazing find in Corktown if you are looking for a great central location! The decor is unlike any other in the area. I would highly recommend for groups looking for lots of space and comfort. Thank you once again to the host for being so responsive! We would definitely stay again!

Auntie Blondie (as she told me to call her) was an awesome host. She was very thorough giving me a tour of the property and was a phone call away when I needed anything. My family and I loved the home. The home was beautiful and spotless. The home has a lot of space. The attention detail in the home and quality of everything including beds was great. The pool was amazing. My kids loved it. We have stayed in several homes and this was our favorite home we have stayed in and would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for 2 weeks with my 2 kids aged 8 and 11. The place was nice and clean and the host was easily contactable and sent us a message every couple of days to check all was ok. We had plenty of room and facilities to cook and do our laundry. The pool area out the back was great and my kids and I spent many hours swimming. I would definitely consider booking again if we are back in the area next year.
