Karen was a wonderful host! extremely helpful and even let us know it was on a pretty busy street as we were coming with trailers for a derby so we could arrange ahead of time. I love that she made out stay easy and even provided us with welcome snacks! driveway could fit up to 3-4 vehicles which made it easier for as big as our group was! it was perfect and hopefully will stay again next year!

Kent and Mary Lou were great hosts. They were responsive and tried to make sure that we had a nice stay. This is a lovely home, and it feels like you’re at home or at a friend’s house. Everyone loved it and had a great time hanging out. It’s also in a great location to get to the U of I campus nearby. Thank you!!

Lovely home, semi-rural setting but only 10 minutes from downtown. Perfect for our family of five. There is a paved bike path to town just about two blocks away.

Great stay at Wilson's place. Though a bit tricky to find at night, we had everything we needed to be comfortable for a two night stay. Kitchen and bath were beautiful, and the living area comfortable. The bed was VERY comfortable, as we slept great. Overnight, it was unbelievably quiet which added to such a restful sleep. The immediate area is a bit industrial, but the place is well designed so you do not notice once you are inside. It was nice to come back to a peaceful and comfortable place after a day at UIUC. Would recommend to anyone willing to drive about 20 minutes north of Champaign/ Urbana while visiting.

Our stay was great! Short drive to UofI! Ronnie was responsive and a great host! Everything was very clean! There were even waters for us in the refrigerator which was a great touch! Would recommend to anyone!

The house was very clean and had many things one would need. The backyard was awesome especially with young kids. The kids room with bunk beds was amazing as well with many toys and books for different ages. They do have a pack and play and a high chair, so no need to bring your own! They also had lots of yard games available as well as bikes to ride around the neighborhood. The neighborhood is very quiet and beautiful with very nice neighbors. The downtown is super cute and the big Lake of The Woods park is a short drive with lots to do and see. The YoYo’s coffee shop was very good for morning coffees and breakfast. Briks pizza place was also great if you have kids, and is very close by. They had an outdoor fenced in play area for the kids and adults. The entire town seemed to have so many kids and such nice people. You will not be disappointed in choosing this house or this town to stay in. You are also only about 10 minutes away from Champaign. We will definitely be back!

Great option for people with young children! My wife is an interior designer, and she kept commenting on how well-decorated the entire home was. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to family visiting in the future.
