Had to book quickly at the last minute, Megan was very accommodating and quickly responsive. Place was clean, easy to access.

It’s really cool that you are above a coffee shop. The food and coffee are great. Me personally I would have just ate there for my meals if it was just me. The host owns the coffee shop. She is very friendly and helpful. Everyone enjoyed their interactions with her and enjoyed her food.

the place just what they said. the house was bigger then we though it would be. house was very clean . the lake was a great + . we will be there next year two weekend. its a place stay. MIKE R.

Lisa's stay was wonderful, a very well stocked kitchen and bathroom, with a lot of unanticipated but greatly appreciated amenities. You can tell that the host puts a lot of thought into the comfort and care of their guests, from the decor to the amenities.

Jenn’s place was just as listed. The unit was extremely clean and check in was simple with clear instructions sent ahead of time. A quiet and calm place to stay. I was there to visit my daughter at UD and it was an easy 9 min. drive. Would certainly stay again.

Cute place! Has everything you could need, including parking and cooking equipment. It was not luxurious but *was* highly functional and thoughtful. It was a bit more of a walk into the Oregon District than I think most Americans prefer (roughly 25 minutes), but on a nice evening that's much preferable to the cost and hassle of a ride service! I would happily stay here again.

The home was comfortable and clean, located in a nice, friendly neighborhood. I ordered Amazon packages and received them safely right at the door. Amanda was great—she responded quickly to all my messages. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love this Gem! The space is so relaxing, comfortable, clean and all-around elegant. There is an awesome mixed-use space on the first floor with gym, office space, a shop, hang out space etc. The neighborhood is beautiful, well-kept and super close to the Riverscape with walking trails. Centrally located in Downtown, close to the Oregon District, with lots of amazing nearby restaurants & entertainment!! There is private parking which is a great bonus! The hosts were always responsive and very accommodating!! They also had a nice welcoming gift in the kitchen when you arrive, with little treats and discounts to local nearby places, how thoughtful!! One of my favorite stays I’ve had in the city this far! If you are looking in the Dayton area, 11/10 highly recommend!!!

This was a perfect place for us to attend a wedding at a downtown venue. I didn’t fully grasp how much space was available to us! I appreciated the roominess of the large bathroom. The location was great - enjoyed the cafe and diner just a few houses away. Would have enjoyed exploring more of this neighborhood if time would have permitted. *Side note : This would be a bit difficult if anyone had mobility issues, due to steep stairs to bedroom and uneven sidewalk. Thanks for the great stay, Dan!

This is our second time staying here! We came for our daughter's graduation from Miami University. It's nice to get out of Oxford with the crowds and just be a little bit down the road! This is right above Billy Yanks and the food and drinks are fantastic! The beds and pillows are so comfortable! I would absolutely 110% percent recommend this location. It is right in Hamilton so there is a little bit of traffic noise but otherwise it's is perfect. Also super clean and relaxing and so much better than a hotel! I think this is the only time I have ever chosen to stay at a place twice and so glad we did! Pictures are very accurate and this is just a nice place to spend some time relaxing!

Sam was great. I got to the apartment and didn't realize when you walk in you are in the common area. The bedrooms are through the doors to the left and to the right. Kinda had me confused. Texted Sam and she was right on it. I'd say within 2 to 3 minutes. Never seen anything like this before. It's not a bad thing... it was unique. Everyone was great. You can't beat this place for the price. It has amenities that the hotels don't even have for 3 to 5 times the cost. I highly recommend staying here and if I come back to Dayton I will definitely try to get one of these room.

The place was very cozy & clean and very peaceful! My sister even saw 2 eagles before we left. It was so comfy and homey. They pond was wonderful to sit and relax and enjoy the beautiful property. It was quiet and just what we needed. The only thing I would suggest is to not use the plug in deodorizer and to have some info on restaurants, grocery that are nearby for those not familiar with the area that might not have cell phones. Very nice place and highly recommend this to others to enjoy! ❤️ We loved it!! It was decorated & furnished so beautifully! It was nice that snacks were available also! We also enjoyed the indoor fireplace. It was very quiet and peaceful & beautiful!! Very pleased with our stay and the ease of getting in!!

Well maintained older home in downtown Yellow Springs near all the shops and restaurants.

This is definitely an older building/unit, but still met my needs well. Joani was a very kind and responsive host and I enjoyed my stay at her apartment!

This was our first experience with Airbnb. It was wonderful. We even had fresh eggs that we collected from the chicken coup. Even though we were out of town everything we needed(stores) were within short driving distance. Very nice place to stay.

Really enjoyed the place. Simple and cozy for our one night stay.
