Beach house vacation rentals in Davis Park, Fire Island

We loved staying here! Stayed in October but had stunning weather, quick walk to town, walked the Sunken Forrest, which was easy to get too. Quick walk to the ocean for morning sunrises and enjoyed some wildlife friends, loved the deer. Hosts were accommodating, can’t beat three master bedrooms, would absolutely stay again, my family had a wonderful time!

This is my 2nd stay at this location. The property is beautiful and so peaceful. It is welcoming and has everything you could need for your stay. The room for meditation/yoga was the perfect room to just relax and enjoy the sunlight. This is the ideal location for a relaxing getaway. Cassandra is a wonderfully responsive host and i look forward to book with her again in the coming months.

Christina’s place is a lovely cottage by the marina and walkable into town. The main loft bedroom and sitting area is spacious and comfortable. We stayed for the holiday with our adult daughter and we were all comfortable and cozy. She had her own bedroom on the main floor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while we visited our family over the holiday.

My sisters and I had a wonderful stay at Tami's house. This place has sunrise AND sunset views which are absolutely beautiful in a crisp winter sky. The kitchen provided everything needed to cook a gourmet meal and there is no lack of places to eat if you prefer to go out. The location was perfect for relaxing, and the neighborhood felt safe. Tami was responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the East end and would love to stay there again in the future.

As soon as we walked inside, my wife said, “We're coming back; next time, it'll be for longer than two nights.” The house was beautiful both inside and out and very tastefully furnished. Every amenity you needed to make your stay comfy was provided. The short trip to Midtown Manhattan was the icing on the cake for us—we got to spend a long, tiring day in the city and only had a short drive home. Our host responded to our texts almost immediately, and all instructions were clear and concise. Snacks and bottled water were also placed on the kitchen counter for us. We're coming back, and it'll surely be for longer.

Eddie’s place was one of the best homes we’ve stayed in via Airbnb. He was tremendously accommodating and responsive. The home was very clean and accommodated our family well. We’ll definitely book here again when we return to LI!

AJ is an AWESOME host!!!!! We loved staying at this property. It's so safe and way bigger than the photos. The bathrooms are fantastic. (No bathtubs, though, if you need one.) I cannot emphasize what a great stay we had. Thank you so much!!!!!

Alexander’s place was the perfect jumping off point for a week of adventuring through the Hamptons! The house is gorgeous and well equipped, and communication with the host was excellent. We had a complete blast! Most of all we enjoyed the local food! We especially loved several neighborhood restaurants—Rumba, Out of the Blue, Black Sheep bagels and Cowfish were all big hits with our crew. We’ll be back!

We had a great stay for marathon weekend in the Hamptons! The home was charming, clean, with ample space! Close to shops, restaurants, and everything we neded for pre race and recovery. Hopefully next year of training goes well and we can stay again!

Place was clean and reasonably priced for the area. Conveniently furnished with many kitchen appliances. Moderately noisy from the traffic (as you can expect close to the road) and typical noise from the rest of the house. Johnna was very easy to communicate with. Got greeted by a very cute cat as we parked outside :)

Five stars doesn't feel like enough, if anything I'd say everything was better than we'd expected based on the pictures and the reviews! First, as others have mentioned John was an incredible host, the place was well stocked and had all sorts of snacks and drinks (and a nice bottle of wine); he also bought us dinner and was very good about keeping in touch the whole time we were there. The house was amazing top to bottom, but I have to specifically call out the pool, which was jaw-droppingly beautiful and the perfect temperature despite cold weather outside. We loved the neighborhood and yard to walk our dogs, and the kitchen was great to cook in (made me miss having a gas stovetop). We'll definitely be visiting again, it was the kind of stay that sets a new bar for what to look for in a vacation!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! Regina and Steven were great hosts. The house was exactly as pictured - very clean and comfortable. The snack, slippers, and coffee bar were thoughtful amenities.

This place is amazing!!! Our family of four stayed with two teenagers and it was perfect for everyone to have their own space. The location is great. It’s a short drive to the beach, an hour train ride to the city, or stay home & enjoy the amazing views. All the amenities were luxurious from towels and bedding to the super comfortable beds and the place was spotless which isn’t easy to do next to the water. Our family loved it, it’s one of the nicest places we’ve stayed. I would highly recommend.

Great rental with easy nearby walkable beach access. The fenced back yard was great for the dogs who are used to being outside. The location was awesome to enjoy surrounding areas with an easy drive. The house was comfortable and perfect for our family.

My family and I had a very relaxing stay at this place. Cozy with plenty of amenities. PAPA, the neighborhood cat likes to visit in the morning on the front deck and he’s a very good boy. Bring him treats.

Our stay in Hampton Bays was absolutely wonderful, Brett was great, house was great. I couldn't have asked for a better Christmas Vacation spot! If you're looking for a quant town with plenty of things to do, great food, great shopping, awesome surroundings, this is your place! We drove daily down to Dumbo Brooklyn hopped on the Subway and we were in the city with in 1:45 from the house, which is a great way to enjoy NY, you can go do stuff in the city and then leave the hustle and bustle and get back to a quiet house that you feel right at home in. I can't say enough about this place, you'll just have to check it out yourself and be impressed. Thanks again Brett for a fantastic spot and being such a great host!

Had a truly amazing stay! House was exactly as pictured and was perfect for sleeping 8 people comfortably. Perfect location in between the beach and the town. Host was incredibly accommodating and very responsive. Outdoor roof space was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Highly recommend!!

This place is a gem! When we arrived the home was spotless and exactly as pictured. It seemed brand new and in excellent condition. The hosts were very kind and helpful and even gave us a bottle of wine and left bottled water in the fridge. The beds were so comfortable and the home was stocked with everything we needed. Our young kids loved swimming in the beautiful pool and we enjoyed exploring the rest of the picturesque property—so cool to see the wild turkeys walking around. We had a wonderful vacation and hope to return one day!

Wally’s place is advertised. More an old school beach house than a luxury stay. A bit no frills, but it certainly had what our group needed, and the location more than makes up for it. The design is a bit unorthodox (kitchen/living room separate from the rest of the house), but worked for us. Make sure you watch the video tour, as it provides a more accurate view of the house than the photos. ACs functioned, grill heated up, speaker connected, and always enjoy an outdoor shower. Easy 5 min walk from the ferry (less if you’re not carrying bags) and even shorter walk to the beach. Really enjoyed Kismet, just a quiet, friendly neighborhood and a nice break from real life. Wally was very responsive, making sure to touch base before check-in and check-out, and we were able to leave our bags on the porch after checkout to get some extra time on the beach, which we certainly appreciated.
