Great in the trees home. It was a great last minute find that made our mountain trip lovely. Very good location for hiking and boating along Lake Glenville.

We had a wonderful stay at Philip’s place! Great location and really peaceful, felt right at home! Rob made sure that we had everything we needed during our stay and was quick to respond. Highly recommend staying here.

Great place for a short stay in the Asheville area while in town for a travel softball tournament. Older home that has been beautifully renovated. Very clean and very quiet area. Will look to book this house again the next time we are in the area.

Our extended family of 13 had a peaceful, relaxing, and wonderful stay! The pictures don't do the house/cabin and surrounding property justice. The rope swing, swing, and tire swing were a huge hit with the kids - they were addicted to the rope swing! (Even the teens managed to break away from their tech and play on the creek!) The towels to use for the creek were a nice touch. This location made it really easy to get to Asheville, Black Mountain, and Brevard. It was unanimous that all of us would love to return! It was a much needed retreat and respite for all of us!

We booked with Ian last second due to our previous airbnb not being ready and the hot tub was broken… Ian was quick in action to have cleaners get to the house before we finished biltmore, the house was beautiful and very clean, we enjoyed the privacy his house had to offer! This property we stayed at was by far the best house and the cleanest of all properties I have ever stayed at! The property is VERY close to downtown Asheville!! 10/10 recommend booking with this host!!

We loved our stay at this house. The yard is large, well-groomed, and has a creek running along one side of it, all of which our kids enjoyed. We also appreciated the other at-home activities, including the pool table, dart board, arcade video multi-game, hot tub, and fire pit. All of this, along with the easy drive to Asheville, made this one of our favorite vacations.

Very clean and quiet home. Our stay was great we had beautiful views. Sadly we didnt spend alot of time in the home as we were visiting family. Great vacation home if you just want to relax and get away.

My dog Herbie and I were very comfortable at Wanda and Jeff's home. It is very private and the yard is filled with beautiful flowers, trees, and shrubs. The location is convenient. I would definitely stay there again!

This is an absolutely amazing place with the friendliest hosts!! The location is great - very close to WCU and lots of great restaurants. The view is SPECTACULAR! The beds are very comfortable. We appreciated the snacks and coffee bar. Don and Renie are wondeful communicators and their attention to detail makes this a very special place. They are first class hosts! I definitely will look to book this property again.

We were supposed to stay at Kelly’s place the weekend of Sept 27th but Hurricane Helene stopped our plans, so we never got to check in, however still feel like Kelly deserved a review. She was so beyond communicative even with a hurricane causing record destruction in Asheville. I cannot say enough about how gracious and informative she was about the situation. She was also amazing at helping us contact Airbnb the day of check in to make sure that we were not penalized even though they were dealing with yard flooding, power outages, and spotty service. I would 100% recommend her as a host and cannot wait to finally stay at her place when we can reschedule our trip for later in the year. Thank you Kelly!

We've stayed here before and loved it. This time was no different. It was very clean with nice amenities. And the view is great!!

This sweet place is lovely, peaceful, private but also social if you prefer, walkable, safe, and has everything you could need. I appreciated having a dedicated off-street parking spot during my stay. Everything is clean and fresh and well thought out. The bed was a dream and the linens were exquisite, must have been a very high thread count. This was the perfect base to explore Asheville from and thanks to Emilie’s recommendations, I had exceptional local experiences. I will definitely be back for another stay at the Chestnut Street Inn!

What a lovely space! Beautifully designed. Friendly host. Comfy bed, amazing view, and sooooo quiet and peaceful. My nervous system felt totally reset after a couple days here. My kiddo loved the castle and the cats, dogs, chickens and horses. Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, but I had a hotspot with me for work. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The home was nice, no complaints, would stay again. But the stars here are the hosts. I was here for Hurricane Helene. The storm damage was honestly minimal compared to what I would later see in some of the harder hit areas, but I was blocked in by a small mudslide for just a day or so. The hosts happened to be out on vacation, but even through the cellular disruptions, they managed to maintain constant contact and coordinated assistance from neighbors. They took care of me like family.

Michelle’s place is amazing! It is our go-to spot when we visit WNC and definitely a home away from home. Michelle and Sean are gracious hosts who share their home unselfishly. We enjoy our relaxed afternoons on the scenic porch as much as exploring the area. And it is a great location for exploring in every direction!

We had a lovely Christmas with family in Asheville. The house had plenty of room for everyone and plenty of space to spread out. Downtown Asheville area is an easy drive but the house is away from the hustle of the area. A perfect setting for a holiday getaway! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Sadly we didn't get to enjoy the place as much as we would have liked. We were only there 2 day negore being evacuated due to hurricane Helene. The place was as described and Mayne we can make it out there again soon.

We loved our stay. We loved contributing to the economy in the recovery efforts of your charming city. Home met all of our needs. Very well appointed and comfortable. Easy to find. Lot of great things to do today close by.

This place is a great stay for anyone looking for a place centrally located in the Cashiers/Sapphire area. Easy and scenic walk around lake Fairfield. Great Mountain View from back patio. Easy access to Sapphire National Golf Course. The place is very spacious with room to spread out for the whole family and it is equipped very well. Roland is responsive and checked in on us periodically to make sure everything was well. I highly recommend staying here!

I wish there was a higher rating to give. Our greatest rental ever - our every need was anticipated and met. We were in town with extended family for our son’s wedding. With any upcoming wedding , there’s a lot of planning and stress involved - but staying in this home was so incredibly comforting -the accommodations , the incredible location -just everything about the house was perfect!! We had abundant room and privacy when needed and a perfect place for our full family to be together!! Thank you for welcoming our family to Black Mountain !!

Beautiful cabin in bear lake reserve. We were in town for a wedding and had an amazing time here. Definitely recommend this cabin!

It was good overall but it would be way better after construction would be done and I do not recommend grandparents to go because of walking on the hills, but other than that everything was amazing!! Place was clean and tidy, had hood communication with Hollie and the scenery and weather really helped us made the trip better..
