Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Davao Region

The place is really nice and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The kitchen is spacious. One of the best features is the large counter table—it provided plenty of space to organize our things and made the whole place feel even more functional.

The place was spotless and clean and very homely… accessible to malls, restaurants , city proper , markets etc…. Has a lovely swimming pool with sun lounger to use and gym if you love to keep fit. The host were very friendly and very responsive to my questions. I would difinitely love to go back to the place , its highly recommended.

Our first time booking Airbnb during our 2 nights stay in Davao and this place didn't disappoint — spacious, clean, aesthetic, and it's near Abreeza Mall and Victoria Plaza. Their pool is also very clean. Prince gave us a complimentary access to the pool as we were informed that there was a 150php charge per person after our booking was confirmed. We'll surely be back!

One standout feature is its affordability without sacrificing quality. The ground floor location is ideal for older guests or anyone needing easy access. The peaceful and secure community added to the relaxing atmosphere. Roland, the host, was incredibly responsive and attentive, promptly addressing all my requests. The condo accommodates up to three guests, but it’s perfect for two, offering just the right amount of space. I highly recommend this condo to travelers looking for a great place to stay in Davao. Stayed a month and enjoyed the place. Location was perfect for us and quiet. Great price and host was very responsive to my questons. I would stay there again.

There was enough space for us, 3 adults and 2kids to sleep comfortably in this unit, with more space that can accommodate 2 more adults. It was clean and complete with basic necessities. I also like that the check-in process was easy and hassle free. Will definitely recommend this for those staying in groups.

The place is good and clean. Also, Hiroshi communicates well with us. Don’t have a problem checking in.

Beautiful large home very comfortable for 7 adults, beautiful grounds, private and secure. Excellent staff at site to assist with any needs. Large patio easily had space for a family party for 60 guests. A fabulous place to stay.

Great place for a family get together. it was all it promised to be and more. Good location with great facilities and a really helpful and responsive host. I can't recommend it highly enough. we enjoyed our stay a lot and you will to.

We had a wonderful stay at Karen’s place – truly a home away from home. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease. The interior design was soothing and well-thought-out, with all the furniture and appliances needed for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the thoughtful extras Karen provided, such as hand and dish soap, three gallons of water, and groceries available for purchase. The neighborhood felt safe, even when returning late at night, and the guards were friendly. The location was also very convenient, especially by car. While the house was generally clean, there’s room for improvement, particularly in the bathrooms and kitchen sinks. Overall, Karen’s place was great value. We highly recommend it and will definitely consider staying again for a longer visit. Keep up the excellent work, and may God bless you!

Gerald, the host and property owner is wonderful. very considerate, kind and communicative. The only setback, the point of contact of the place - very discouraging and frustrating. hard to deal with. My family and I normally let things slide and do not complain especially when its only the minor things. We dont let the minor flaws of the home bother us as some homes take a beating from being rented out - wear and tare. Our stay was wonderful until a major emergency came up and we had to cancel our reservation. Gerald was very helpful, the POC not so much. To conclude, Gerald was 10/10. The home needs some improvements and upgrades.

I could walk to SM City Davao, so I hardly had any trouble with daily life. Also, the room was spacious, and the outside environment was very comfortable.

Ms. Maricris was a great host and would not hesitate to recommend to my friends. I would also look forward to staying here again. Communication was smooth and she was very accommodating. Really a great host all around. Thanks so much!! :)

What I love the most of this place is they are flexible on our check in . Our flight change on early arrival to 7 am . Gino let us to check in with NO extra charge 😊. The place is neat & clean it look the same in picture . There’s a washer n plenty of hangers & clothes rack avail if u want to wash your clothes . This unit is faces in the Pool & Club house . Outdoor is well maintain as well . Gate Security is so Strict anyone who wants to go inside they check n record in d book . We feel safe n secure . Walking distance to SM . Grab , Taxi , tricycle is easy access to go somewhere . Highly recommended . Thanks

The place was nice, clean and comfortable. The room has everything we need, including washer. About 20min away from the airport and 20min away from the closest mall. Would recommend this place!

The stay here was amazing! There is a beautiful view out on the balcony, especially if you look to the right! When I arrived i felt right at home and could rest myself from the long travel there. During the stay there were some ants but as long you dont leave your trash around they were no problem. overall i loved the ac and the stay there everything was near and it was a pleasure to stay at this Airbnb.
