Very good place for a short travel! Exceptionally clean toilet and bathroom, which I really appreciated. Kind and responsive staff.

The place was clean, quiet, and secure. It's near the downtown area and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The caretaker was friendly & taught me how to navigate to my itinerary. The room was clean & cool, and the whole building is secured.

The place costs cheap but the building and unit isn’t. You get what you paid for. In tagalog, SULIT! We just needed a nice play to stay overnight before heading back to manila and it was really great that we had this since it’s near SM Lanang where we planned to have our dinner. Glad that we had free coffee and bread the next morning! :) love it! Overall, it’s really good! Even the shower has hot and cold options. AC is working fine. I can’t drop anything bad about the place. Go and visit!

FLEXIBLE CHECKIN FOR A GOOD PRICE! Our flight got delayed and needed somewhere to rest for a while before commuting back to the province. Imagine finding a place to check in at 12AM while waiting for your flight to push through?! Thanks to this place we got to rest before another trip.

Clean and safe place (no one can enter the house without security guard or personal). Nice air conditioning. Clean restroom. If you need affordable place near the center - it can be your option. One problem - noise from the street, sometimes rather late. But, it’s not something serious, actually. Neighborhood is safe, a lot of different cafe/fastfoods.

A great and comfortable place to stay at. The location is close to stores that you will be needing. It is safe w lots of security guards around. Thanks for having us!

The night view of Davao City from the 20th floor is the best! Place is clean and cozy. Had a really great time!

Kristine's place was 10000/10 ✨ The place was beautiful and very peaceful. Spending our valentines day here was the right choice, the host even gave us a free cupcake. ❤️ A serene place away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There was enough privacy per villa, and my favorite part was the dip pool with the most amazing view. The room was clean and cozy, everything was just so perfect. Remember to bring your jackets because it gets very cold especially at night. The caretaker there was very friendly and hospitable. She was very accommodating, we appreciate her so much! I also love the complimentary breakfast (and hot coffee!). We had our breakfast in one of the view decks near our villa and it made me so happy because you can smell the pine trees there. 🥹 Will definitely recommend this to our friends and family. (We'll definitely be back too! ☺️)

I hired Kristina's place for my Fiancé's family for our wedding. It suited their needs well as the was 6 of them. I highly recommend Kristina's place. Kristina is very friendly and her instructions are perfect.
