We truly enjoyed our 10-day stay! The house is spacious and clean, and the surroundings are very quiet—perfect for a relaxing vacation. It’s fully equipped with everything you need, making our stay very convenient. The host is kind and responds quickly, which made communication hassle-free. We had a wonderful Christmas stay at this property. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the clear instructions from the host. The neighborhood was peaceful, perfect for relaxing walks. The host was also impressively responsive, quickly addressing any questions we had. Highly recommend this place for a tranquil getaway with excellent communication!

Mylene was very responsive and helped us with all questions immediately. The home is very safe, within a gated community with a guard present at all times as well as gated property itself. The area is residential, but within a short drive or tricycle ride to plenty of grocery stores. The man selling Taho for breakfast walks by every morning! One thing to note; this is a traditional Filipino residence, it is not a western-standard home. The bedroom sizes are not large, but there are plenty of them & 3 of them are air-conditioned. There are 3 bathrooms (one en-suite upstairs, one hallway bath upstairs, and one full bath downstairs) and the two upstairs have hot-water heaters for the showers. While there is no hot-water in the kitchen, there is a water boiler machine (IYKYK) that keeps water hot all day, so you can rinse your dishes in boiling water if that's important to you. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Mylene's place and are grateful for her hospitality.

Elaren is an idyllic place for rest, relaxation and bonding with your best loves. We loved the cozy corners and homey interiors. The separate kitchen helped make meal prep very efficient with minimal cooking odor in the dining and bedroom areas. There was just leaking in the upstairs bath out onto the toilet floor. The floor rugs were always soaked and cold. Hope this can be fixed. Also, there were stray dogs which just wouldn’t leave. I was worried they might wander into the kitchen and dining areas The guests from the neighboring property parked in our slots. Apparently they got lost and wandered into the place we were renting. Perhaps this calls for better directional signages. Thanks to Cynthia for making everything easy and allowing an exception for early check in and late checkout. Orly, the caretaker, is especially helpful. He got the rooms, pool and bonfire ready for us. His service was invaluable. We loved the place and the people. Looking forward to return soon!

First of all, Ms Leticia is truly a great host, very responsive and considerate and her representative Kuya Dan was very helpful and knowledgeable with his job 😊 The location of the house is about 2km from the highway, so it isn't truly commute-friendly but if you like cozy, peaceful, & quiet place, then this is it! House is equipped with all we ever needed even coffee maker & a functional oven. Too bad the ice-maker was acting up during our stay🥲 But the hot water in the tap in the sinks are very useful and the AC in the living room is super efficient. Although, one of the room's AC didn't have the remote so we had to manually operate. Our daughters enjoyed the board games, videoke, billiards, darts, jacuzzi, hammock & the surround sound of the TV 😁 Overall, our stay in Ms.Letecia's was another memorable NYE experience in the bag ❤️ (oh, there were little ants that's quick to invade, those fast thin ones not the thick red kind. Also, don't forget your mosquito repellent)

Sam's place is like my second home whenever I visit Manila and we often stay for 3 weeks or more. The place is quiet and private even the building is next to the road which makes it accessible and convenient be it taking public transport, taxi, grab or even just walking to the nearby SM Southmall, 7-11 & tons of food places all around. Sam's place is spacious, clean, and has all the basic amenities needed during our stay. I love that it even has a coffee maker! The hosts, Sam and Michelle were very responsive to our requests when we need something and their staffs were also polite and helpful. I highly recommend Sam's place.

Staying at The Levels Alabang was a fantastic experience. The location is convenient, close to Festival Mall, Commerce Center, and Westgate, with everything we needed just a short trip away. The studio apartment was spacious, spotless, and well-prepared with thoughtful touches like towels, toiletries, and even disposable toothbrushes. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with utensils for over four people, made it easy and enjoyable to cook meals. What truly set this stay apart was the exceptional service. Despite the closure of the admin offices, the owner went out of their way to grant my 1-year-old son access to the pool. Seeing him happily splashing around is now one of my favorite memories. Even the building’s guards were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. The owner’s responsiveness and care were evident throughout, making The Levels Alabang not just a place to stay, but a destination we’re eager to return to. I highly recommend it!

From the Main gate of subdivision, the Guards are approachable and kind. The surrounding is peaceful, no mosquito and cool. The house is really beautiful and i love the design. i will recommend this to everyone. You have no regrets if you choose this and it's worth what you paid for it. You have my thanks and gratitude Sir Paolo and to your mother. i will choose again your location next time.

The house was clean and matched the description. It was cozy and all amenities were easily accessible. We attended a wedding and it was a very eventful 2 nights of stay. The surrounding area is quiet and transportation is easily accessible. As someone coming from the north, it was challenging to commute. But overall, it was a good stay and the host is easy to talk to, very flexible and considerate. I recommend this homestay for those who need to stay in the area.

Daxs was very accommodating and helpful. He was quick to respond for whenever we needed help and we felt at home away from home. The location was perfect for my husband as it is walkable to many essential places and my family. We were very happy with our stay at Daxs' place.

We really enjoyed our stay in Jen's place. We loved every bit of our weekend stay, we had the great view of the mountains in the balcony, very clean space, and pet-friendly which a huge "plus" for us! The place is very secure with the friendly staff from the guards up to the front desk. We highy recommend the place and we'll definitely come back again! Thanks Jen for accomodating us!

We had a wonderful stay at Madelynne’s place. The unit is beautifully designed, the view is lovely, and the space is well-maintained. However, my only concern is that the fridge had a strong odor, resembling rotten eggs, which made us feel nauseous. It would be great if the fridge could be cleaned to eliminate the smell.

Perfect Staycation – A Home Away from Home! We had an absolutely amazing stay at Mary Ann’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, and the home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect—peaceful yet conveniently close to the amazing Man-made beach resort. Mary Ann was an incredible host—responsive, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions.
