I really enjoyed staying at Ferhat and his mothers property. I highly recommend here. We travelled with 2 other families from different parts of the world. We didn't know any Turkish. Ferhat was quite proactive in helping us find a suitable transport to from Istanbul to Sile. He also helped us navigate around the area using public transport. On our check out, he connected us with someone who could keep our luggage for 12 hours before our flight departure from Istanbul. As his place was already booked for the next guests. Locals use just a thin layer of fabric to put on their themselves while sleeping, in the summer. This wasn't enough for us. Ferhat and his mother came in the middle of the night to provide us with extra blankets. They also immediately sent an electrician to fix the bathroom light. The villa has old furniture but quite clean and nice. The best was the pool. Also our daughter loved the cute little room in the attic.

Ideal for crowded groups. The attention of the hosts and the cleanliness of the house are very successful. Thanks for everything.

It was a pleasure staying at Faith’s apartment because of its modern facilities and amenities - pool, sauna, gym and the apartment was also equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, and everything you need for cooking. The neighbourhood was also very walkable to Cihangir, Galata and Karakoy. Most importantly Fatih was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend staying there! Thanks Fatih for making our stay so pleasant!

Ms. Ayşe welcomed us with her beauty and sincerity. Thanks to the location information, we found the house comfortably. Their kitten was very sweet. Thanks to them, we didn't encounter any snakes, bugs, or anything else. They officially took our stress, and it was an opportunity for my son Anil. Everything was thought out and spotless in the house. Even though it's a calm and relaxing home, you don't compromise on your comfort! Kitchen utensils were thought out to the dishwasher detergent. We have stayed in different houses before, but I can say that we have not stayed in such a tidy and clean place. The house had everything we could need, up to the information notes. The only thing missing is that we couldn't find a hanger to hang our coats. The garden, barbecue, patio, our enjoyment was nice, and the house was always warm. We would love to come back. There is also a parking area with a barrier where you can safely park your car! We woke up with the sounds of birds and the fragrances of flowers, we slept in the fresh air in the comfortable beds! We didn't want to heat it because we didn't want to use the pool.

one of our best airbnb house we ever rent. mr Bulent so kind. he welcome us with bread, orange & olive. house is sparkling clean & have all utensil to cook. it feel like home. we enjoy the weather, the pool & surrounding at iznik lake. also the jakuzi inside the house. its really nice. many place to visit at iznik & discover a local life there. we stay for 2 night & extend 1 more night. to go to Bursa is round 1 hour only. so you dont have to stay at crowded place at Bursa. just stay at this peaceful place at Iznik & go around iznik & Bursa. definately will come again

The space was as described. The staff were friendly and solution-oriented. There was a problem with the TV remote in the room we stayed in, they quickly took care of the problem. There was no hair dryer because it was stolen all the time. I think that's an understandable inconvenience. Apart from that, everything was fine. I love the comfort and design of the lounge. It creates a warm environment. Absolutely satisfied.

I had a great time staying in Gökçe and Derya’s apartment with my partner. It has everything you might need and the place is just so cozy and has a very relaxing atmosphere, the homey feel of the place made us want to stay even longer. The hosts were very kind and responsive. Also great list they provided! (Loved the pizza place). We also loved how the place was easily reachable by walk and the neighboring cats :) We will definitely consider staying here again if we happen to return to Adalar; it’s a great place even just for a staycation.

Ms. Esra answered all our questions with dedication. She was very helpful with location information and our time of checking in and out of the house. It's a nice detail to have both a deep and shallow part of the pool that is very suitable for large groups. The beds were comfortable and adequate. We are very satisfied 😊

It was fantastic to stay at this location. The host was incredibly responsive and even helped us out and met up after our stay to return an item left behind. The house itself was exactly what we needed to get away from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul and is well connected to the other islands for exploration. It truly felt like a home away from home!

We went as a crowded team for my wife's birthday. The host was all very caring and responded quickly. The location and view of the house was very nice. There were rooms with a clean and large pool, a garden terrace with a perfect view at the same time. Everything in the house was as stated by the host. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and the host had left kitchen and cleaning products as well. Highly recommend a very pleasant place

Fatih is a very responsive host and his home is lovely :) We spent nice time with my sister. Environment is so peaceful and beautiful 👍

Apartment with character on the ground floor in a quiet street without traffic. Sea view and chill patio. Ohran gives you all the privacy and is flexible. 100 meters from one of the most beautiful (private) beaches + swimming pool of the island: Degirmen. Twenty minutes walk from the city center or by electric bus (stop: 2 minutes).
