Khun Varut is such a great host. We loved his place, his friendliness, his attentiveness, and everything else. His place is surrounded by plants, trees, and sounds of birds which made the stay so peaceful. I wish we could stay longer. It would've been a very nice experience. He let us know about the festival that was happening at the moment, showed us videos, and he told us where to go and what to do. His cafe is also so nice, and everything during our stay was great. If you want to be close to the center, but also be in a peaceful place, this is the right place for you. WiFi: They have it and it's fast. Cafe: I loved the coffee that I had. He has a moka pot! Breakfast: There was a simple breakfast (salapao) during our stay and they were good! Cleanliness: Everything was clean and prepared well when we got there. I would definitely recommend this place. Also, the cool uncle in the same place was so friendly too, he showed us his plants and gave us a lemon! See you again soon ka.

We had an amazing stay at Sayvahnn's place with my wife and family. The house is beautifully designed, spacious, and made us feel right at home. Located next to a rice field, the views are just wonderful. Sayvahnn and his family were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great suggestions for travel destinations and even helping us arrange tuk-tuk rides. Their hospitality truly enhanced our trip to Ayutthaya. I highly recommend staying here – it’s an unforgettable experience!

It's perfect for relaxing. There's still a lot of things to do inside the house. Karaoke, ping pong table, plunge table, or bike around. And what I like the most. It's clean and comfortable. There are all cooking utensils. I would not be disappointed if you have the opportunity to go back for sure.

Clean, beautiful accommodations, close to many tourist attractions and famous restaurants. Suitable for both short and long term relaxation. The host is happy to help with any questions and answers questions quickly and accurately. Highly recommended.
