Daniel Island, Charleston vacation rentals

Kara’s cottage was in an excellent location in a surprisingly excellent beach town that we had never been to before. Just what we needed for three night visit.

This is a perfect location, steps away from the beach, an easy walk to town center. The house is very comfortable with enough room for family and friends. The screened in porch is a wonderful place to enjoy the view any time of year. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay at “The Sand Bar”! The ocean view and beach access were unbeatable. The house was very clean and stocked with many supplies and amenities. The hosts were very responsive to any questions and always friendly. Highly recommend staying here!

This place was perfect for us. Room to move around and to have privacy. It had a coffee pot and coffee and creamer, etc. Also, 2 ply tp! (I only mention this because our first experience in Summerville was not a positive one.) Adam’s place was really clean and comfortable! I would definitely recommend!!!

We had a fantastic time staying at Jeanette’s place!! The house was incredibly clean and all the linens and towels were plush and new! Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. It was very convenient to put the baby’s pack and play in the small bedroom with the twin bed. Pool was great and the location cannot be beat, so close to the ocean and the IOP parks and rec playground. Highly recommend! We hope to be back!!

Accommodations were clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Charleston has so much to do and see that we would definitely consider another trip to the area. The only thing we found missing was a "guest book" where people could record their visit along with recommendations for restaurants etc. and perhaps flyers for things to do in the area. It's always fun to see where others have come from and where they've been!

Value was great. Home was even nicer in person than in the pictures which was a welcome surprise! They really thought of everything to make you feel at home. Full dishes, pots and pans, AND kids dishes. Comfortable beds, amazing front/back porches, and a short walk to the beach. House was spotless upon check-in and communication was great - always proactive, and also quick to answer texts with quality information when we had questions about the area! Tons of beach stuff for the whole family was provided, books and toys for the little ones, as well. Overall it was a fantastic place to stay and great service from AvantStay. Can't wait to get back down there!

We’ve been coming to Seabrook for maybe ten years now? You name a location — we’ve stayed there! We loved this place for a) access to the lagoon for fishing, b) close to the front gate and trails to FF village, and c) allowing our canines to join. Thank you for accommodating our office needs! We hope to be back in 2025 — 💗

5/5 stars all around! Courtney’s place was an absolute gem! Perfectly designed for a family or a group of friends traveling together. The location was great, the beds were super comfy and the linens were so soft! We stayed over the Christmas holiday and it was too cold for us to use the pool but it’s a beautiful amenity that would be perfect with slightly warmer temperatures. Courtney was incredibly responsive and accommodating to all of our requests. Highly recommend Courtney’s place. We would absolutely stay here again!

My expectations were surpassed! Loved staying here for the few days we were in Isle of Palms. It is the perfect walking distance from the beach and has everything you’ll need for your stay! It did take us a couple tries to understand the lock but we are thankful for that note so we didn’t freak out! Lol thank you!

Thank you Renee for hosting me and my team for the week. The property was very nice, clean and conveniently located. Everything looks just like the photos and the host was very accommodating with the check-in process. We appreciate it very much and would stay again in the future.

The place was very nice and we really enjoyed ourselves. The smallest issue that we could come up with was the TV's were really outdated but besides that the place was spectacular and the area that the home was located was excellent and a beautiful ride to get to it. The pictures was didn't really do it justice the place was very beautiful and the beach was literally behind the home. My wife and I loved it!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Jame's. We appreciated how clean everything was. We liked his attention to detail. The community was beautiful. We loved seeing the deer. We would highly recommend James's place. The kitchen had high end appliances and everything you would need to cook a nice meal. Thank you James. Harry and Sandy

Aaryne and Aj were amazing hosts! They were there to answer any question we had even on Christmas Day! They were so helpful and allowed us in to their home as if it were ours! The back yard is fully fenced and was a great space for our mini golden doodle. There were also lots of restaurants, bars, and little shops within a 10 minute walk. Overall I would fully recommend this place to anyone looking for a great space in the Charleston area but not directly downtown. Thank you again for hosting us!
