A newly produced (2021) and well-planned apartment building in two levels of 38 sqm with the sea outside the window. Magical views with generous south facing windows and secluded location. Large terrace with roof and barbecue barbeque outside. Throughout natural materials in stripped-down Nordic style that blur the border between the outdoors and inside. The house is secluded on the lake plot of the island of Tranholmen, 8 minutes by ferry to Ropsten. A car-free idyll separated by a narrow strait from Norra Djurgården and Stocksund. Winter time footbridge to the island.

Newly built 45 sqm, sleeps 6 in 2 floors. In the loft open there is a 180 bed and one sofa bed. Downstairs private bedroom with a 140 bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer. Balcony with BBQ. Trampoline. Swimming jetty 50 m away, direct connection to the boardwalk with cliff baths along the road as well as sandy beach about 800m away. 15 min to Stockholm city by car or subway. Bus stop 200m. Free parking on street. Mörby Centrum subway 3km. Parking street 150 meters away.

Välplanerade studio med egen terrass i en lummig trädgård mitt i Solna. Närhet till kollektiv-trafik (Pendeltåg eller Tunnelbana) och gångavstånd till Arlanda flygbuss. Stockholms central tar 7 minuter med tåg. På promenadavstånd finns Mall of Scandinavia med över 200 affärer/resturanger samt strövområden runt sjöar och skog. New apartment 30 minutes outside of Stockholm

Newly built apartment, 18 minutes by train from Stockholm city. It is located within our house and has a separate entrance. Our neighbourhood is very nice, close to Näsby Castle with beautiful walking trails. We have good commercial service at Näsby Park Centrum and a heated outdoor public swimming pool at Norskogsbadet in the summer. Djursholm golf course is nearby and there is several large playgrounds close to us. Täby Centrum 2 km from our house is one of the best shopping malls in Sweden.

Perfekt hus (15m2) på sjötomt för dig som jobbar, studerar i Stockholm city eller norr om stan, älskar natur, lugn och skärgårdsliv. Huset ligger på den bilfria ön Tranholmen i Danderyd, en ö med bro nu (from 1 november-15 april) och SL-färja (8 min) ToR tunnelbanan "Ropsten". Unik stuga i vattenbrynet. Ljus nordisk stil med idel naturmaterial. Genom de stora fönstren ser du citypulsen på andra sidan sjön. Morgondoppet tar du på den egna brygga och frukosten avnjutes på randen till Saltjsön när vädret tillåter. M/S Kung Ring tar dig till Ropsten och vidare in till city. Inom 20 minuter är du på Stureplan. Efter en match på Tranholmens förstklassiga tennisbana är en bastu och bad i Saltjön stärkande.

Detached private guest house 20 min from Stockholm city

Our guesthouse is totally independent from the main buildning with private parking and access to the garden. Surroundings with beautiful walking trails in the nature and only 5 min walk to public swimming in the sea either from cliffs with a ladder to the water or a small beach suitable for smaller children.
