My family and i used Joseph's place as a last minute getaway for the new years. The place is clean and the house has plenty of stuff to keep adults and children entertained. Next time we are in Dallas we would stay here again. The host was awesome, communication was on point giving us plenty of suggestions of things too do and check out around town as we weren't familiar with the city.

We had a wonderful stay at the Restful Ranch - it truly was very peaceful. The location was easy to find, garage space for convenient parking and lots of restaurants nearby. The home was clean and well stocked. Carissa was responsive and a great communicator through the process.

In the area for a baby shower and was great location and the house was very nice land host was great. We left an item and she communicated and was so nice to mail the item back to me. Great location in the Mesquite area with lots of places in the area to eat . Recommend to stay.

We have stayed at this house more then once and Evan and Sandra always do an amazing job of making you feel at home! We were there during a cold blast and not only did they make sure we were warm and safe they sent hot chocolate and mini marshmallows to us! They go above and beyond. The house is in a perfect location for us and has lots of everything you need and more. Highly recommend

We loved the space. The guest space was very private and quiet. The outdoor porch area was very nice and have a place to park off the street in the driveway was great. Close to some great restaurant options and worked during day with no issues with the wifi. Loved it being dog friendly. The mattress, pillows and sheets were all top notch as well. Will definitely stay here again

Very clean and cozy place. Chuck’s instructions were very easy to follow. One TV in the living room with Roku, leather couch and tall queen sized bed in bedroom. Provided just enough necessities to last the duration of our stay. Chuck allowed us to be very flexible with check in and check out since there were no bookings before/after ours. Washing machine does smell mildewy but it does not affect the smell of your laundry. Neighbors do play music loud but that is not the fault of the host.

Leslie was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is well-decorated and comfortable. It was nice having a pool so close and the complex felt secure.

This spot was everything the description says! Cozy & quiet, most of all safe. About 20mins or so from the Galleria. Most of the attractions are within the area & not too far to drive to if at all. Great location & service!

I just returned home after a 3 week stay at Nathan’s AirBNB and it was perfect! It was centrally located to where I needed to be, and had everything I could want and need close by. The place looks exactly like the pictures, and was pristine when I arrived. The host reached out to me before arrival to provide restaurant suggestions, which was much appreciated. Next summer I will be retuning to Dallas, and plan on returning to this AirBNB.

First time staying at Ruwani’s place and it was very clean, comfortable and with nice amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. Ruwani met us when we arrived and made checking in a breeze. She also checked in during our stay to see if we needed anything. The loft is spacious and having the washer drier in the upstairs bathroom is very convenient. We were here for a work week and being able to do laundry was a plus. Would definitely stay here again!

This was the cutest place! Our trip was cut short at the beginning & end but I really hope to be back to enjoy it much more. They were very quick in responding to every message & question we had!! I will be back if I’m in the area.
