Place was exactly as described. Nice clean and comfortable place to stay when visiting the area.

This place is the perfect location! Just outside downtown area. We went for a concert and lived our stay at The Belk House! Beautiful inside and felt very cozy!

We had booked just one night as part of a longer trip, but wished we could stay longer! The place was beautiful, clean, and quiet, with little touches that made us feel right at home. And it felt even more spacious than it looked from the listing photos. Gwynne kindly accommodated our request for a travel crib for our youngest to sleep in, and our other kids enjoyed sharing the room with three beds. The house was not difficult for us to find, even though we arrived after dark, and the surroundings were quiet. We would very happily stay here again. Thank you so much!

Sheila’s home was incredible, if you’re looking to get away from the busy hustle of everyday life, book a stay here and make sure to stop at a grocery store. Only a couple hours from the Gatlinburg, an hour or so from cookeville, makes this a great spot for day outings. This was everything that we wanted! Sheila and Darryl were the nicest people, with lots of information, shortcuts, and jokes to be had. We’re already planning our next trip back down so that we can bring our pups!

We enjoyed our one night here! Very comfortable and clean accommodations. It was nicely decorated, making it feel welcoming and homey. We enjoyed the proximity to the national park and local restaurants. Before going to the park we stopped at Ace Coffee which has excellent coffee and scones. We also had a yummy dinner at Bucky Bee's BBQ before heading home. I'd recommend this Airbnb location for sure!

We had a great stay at Jason's house. We enjoyed coffee in the morning on the back patio, as well as a nice spot to unwind after a full day of exploring the area. A perfect place to stay if you are in the area. Thanks Jason

This house was an absolutely beautiful find! Very close distance to mammoth cave national park. It’s also located centrally downtown, so very walkable to shops/ bar.

My stay was wonderful. It was so good to be "home". I lived in Russell County when I was young and continued to visit my grandparents and family for many years. I was in town for Homecoming Weekend at our church in RS. Ginger's airbnb on the square is immaculate and so cozy. I felt right at home. Each and every detail taken care of. Comfy beds and furniture and love the porch. Especially in the rain with the tin roof. Having the Reel Java right next door was a nice and welcomed bonus. I will be back!!

Exactly what we needed

This was one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed. It was a very comfortable space and was close to a number of stores/restaurants. I had a mixup with my reservation ending before we were scheduled to leave the area and they were very helpful and accommodating and the issue was quickly resolved. Highly recommend if you are staying in the area.

I enjoyed my short stay, close proximity to several boat launches and easy to locate. The place was clean and the helpful recommendations for food and etc was a great addition. Would definitely stay again.

Located in the historic downtown area, this place is very spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. There are so many places to dine and grab delicious coffee. The hosts were beyond accommodating with my stay! I definitely would stay here again!

We had a great few days at Sonya's condo. These condos have some of the best views on the entire lake, and her condo may have the best view in the complex. We love the location to the marina (1 mile), so it's quick and easy to get on the water. There was plenty of room in the place for our family, and the community pool was a nice benefit when we just wanted to relax and catch some sun! I would say the pictures were accurate (except the view in person is better), and Sonya was great to work with.

Great condo with everything you need! Incredibly clean and well appointed. For my family, the proximity to the lake was key in our selection... made it easy to spend every day on the water. Lara was very easy to work with and I would definitely return to this condo in the future!

Great place and location. Close to campus and my son's apartment. Loved that we could take our small dog and was comfortable being there. Definately will be back.

Liz and Wade were great hosts. We arrived late and they greeted us at our car helped carry in our bags and did a once over on everything about the place. The linens were fresh and kitchen and bath was well stocked with all of the necessities and then some. Breakfast was made every morning and was such a nice treat to have from them. Liz made sure to ask what time we wanted to eat and it was ready. Wade got a fire ready for us each night and came out to visit as well to let us know about fishing and the lake. Even though it was in the bottom of their finished home it was very private and we never felt like there was any invasion of our privacy or space. It does seem a bit far away from the main road but having come in the fall we rather enjoyed the scenery while driving to and from. We will definitely be coming back and hopefully have more time to go out on their boat with them.

Marshall’s place was perfect for our overnight stay. Close to downtown Cookeville, but far enough out it was quiet and peaceful. Everything was clean and stocked and Marshall was very responsive. Highly recommend!

This condo was everything as expected and described! The unit was easy to find and within a good distance to town and Dunkin', because that's what matters right!? It was clean and everything was presentable. We enjoyed our stay and will keep this place in mind when we are in Cookeville again visiting family.
