A great little home with a view of the water. The home is very well decorated and is stocked with lots of goodies. The beds are comfy and the place is super clean. We really liked the home and the owners who are very responsive.

Not only is the location beautiful but the decorations were absolutely lovely. Chris was so kind, putting more love into any AIRBnB I’ve ever seen. The communication and feelings of compassion were evident! This is a must stay again, only thing I would note is the loft steps are steep so if you struggle with balance or gait keep that in mind:) we loved our stay and cannot thank Chris enough for the wonderful hospitality!

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at this charming vintage house. The decor was delightful, with furnishings and cozy touches that made it feel truly like a beach house. The location was perfect for a peaceful getaway, with a nice yard, walking distance to bay, restaurants and bars - highly recommend Dockside and the Tiki Bar! We enjoyed spending each night on the screened in porch relaxing. We arrived on the heels of the end of Hurricane Helene and Erin was proactive in letting us know that water had gotten in one of the doors. Everything was dry by the time we arrived, however, we did notice a slight musty smell upon entering, which was most likely due to all the rain they had received. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms stocked, kitchen is large and well-stocked. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this cottage for anyone looking for a quaint escape.

We loved our stay. It was spotless, safe, and so comfortable. It was just beautiful. I enjoyed sitting on the patio at night with my kindle and a glass of wine. It is also super convenient to our children and grandchildren. We definitely plan to stay here in the future.

Most of the time I travel with just my family but sometimes we get to travel with our labor team also. Angel and Ryan offer great accommodations for all of us. Safe relaxing, spacious and great water pressure!!! We needed extra blanket because it was colder for April the night we were there and Ryan went out of his way to make it work for us. Our team was a mix of needs and they had something for all of us. They care for their house a little extra because it has a few live thriving plants what a great way to provide the true home feeling we so appreciate after hard work and long travels. The neighbor is great ! To accommodate all my teams needs I slept on the daybed and it was actually comfortable. All slept well. Thank you much Definitely worth the short drive out of DC.

Beautiful quaint cabin. So many birds! Firewood for the fire pit with comfortable chairs. So peaceful. We had a great weekend hiking and relaxing.

Great location, everything clean, Mark is incredibly responsive, and he clearly pays a lot of attention to keeping the apartment stocked with everything a guest needs. For example, when we used the stove top, there was a great selection of pans, there was a potholder right there, all the cooking utensils we needed, dish soap, a drying rack, etc. It may seem like a little thing, but it’s representative of the entire apartment. If there’s something you need and hope is there, it’s there. Great stay.

This place is a hidden gem for anyone in the DC, Suburban Maryland, and Northern Virginia area. The cabin was cozy and inviting. Instructions were laminated of what to do and how to use the amenities on the property. It was quiet for a nice retreat. Bowls, pans, were well stocked. Big bonus was easy access to the Appalachian Trail and we actually met a hiker from Georgia. Kevin was responsive to questions. What are you waiting for? Book this place for your stay!!!

Elizabeth was super responsive and helped us check-in late night. I loved the location and it went extremely peaceful and calm. Pictured looked just like description :)
