very nice stay in François's house. very comfortable bed and super swimming pool, young and old, feasted. ibou is always there if you need anything else. François is very accommodating and very accommodating.

We had a WONDERFUL stay at this beautiful villa, ideally located in a clean, secure, flowery and peaceful residence. The environment is perfect for relaxing, with the beach nearby and a swimming pool... feet in the water!!!!! The house itself is spacious and well arranged, with quality services. The size of the rooms is perfectly suited to the number of people accommodated, and the outside is a haven of peace where life is good. A big thank you to Marie, the housekeeper, who was very nice and responsive, especially for preparing meals. Their attentions contributed a lot to our comfort. Finally, the exchanges with Laurence, the owner, were fluid and fast, which made our experience even more enjoyable. This villa is, without a doubt, for us the best placed to fully enjoy the exceptional setting. It feels like home, and we can't wait to go back!

This is now our “home” away from home. This is our 5th visit to Joel ‘s beautiful and peaceful place, like our sanctuary, waken up by the sound of the birds in the morning and enjoying the blue and clean water of swimming pool. We barely needed to get out of the house and when we did, the beach was just few minutes away. There is no other place we trust to fit our needs better than Joel’s house. We are already planning our next trip and cannot wait for it soon.

I've been using Airbnb for over 4 years and honestly, this is the best place I've booked so far. The staff is simply the best: attentive, available and super welcoming. And what about the place… a real little paradise! Quiet, clean, good location, you feel really good there. I recommend it without so much as a second thought, I'd go back there without hesitation.

With gratitude, Pauline, for this fantastic stay! The villa is furnished with attention to detail, impeccably clean and lovingly decorated. The kitchen is well equipped, even with a capsule coffee maker! The rooms are pleasing to the eye and comfortable. There's even a small library with books for everyone! No need to take your shower towel to wipe yourself off after swimming, Pauline thought of everything! The garden is a delight for the eyes, with its swimming pool, jacuzzi and overhanging terrace. Marie is very nice and always ready to help. The residence is perfectly secure; only authorized persons can enter, so no need to lock it. The caretakers are also very friendly. The little guide to restaurants and excursions was very helpful to us. Pauline always responded promptly to our questions! Loved our stay and can't wait to go back! Thanks again, Pauline!

Listing as pictured and described. Very responsive host to answer our questions and needs. Moustafa, the day caretaker, is a "rough diamond" to be absolutely kept (welcoming, hyper responsive and very helpful). Same for the night watchman. Small downside as to the amount of dishes (a little tight for 6 people), on the other hand big "plus", the "Mr CUISINE" appliance. Recommended.

A little slice of heaven in Nguerigne! The villa is a haven of peace, decorated with refinement and absolute comfort. Everything is thought out in every detail. The host is simply exceptional: attentive, responsive and very kind. A dream stay in an idyllic setting. I will come back to this without hesitation!
