A cozy place with all amenities. Responsive host and caretaker. Security was also helpful in safeguarding our luggage post checkout. Will definitely recommend for couples and families.

Had a great time at this beautiful house! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool and gym in the society were a nice bonus. Plus, there are beaches just a short drive away. Definitely coming back, 10/10 would recommend!

Basappa's place is such a spacious and nice apartment as described on the website. Apartment is located near to Sinquerium and Candolim beach. I was looking for a place where I can cook meals for my 15th month old and got all the basic necessities. Basappa is a great host and took care of every request. We rented bike and airport taxi through him with reasonable price. We would love to book it again.

Joshua's home is perfect for a vacation in the Majorda - Utorda area. Both clean beaches are easily accessible. The home is perfect for a large group seeking a quiet place to relax. Maintenance of the property is top notch. Thanks for a wonderful stay and we look forward to visiting again. 6 of us spend 3 nights at the place & it was a comfortable stay to say the least. Everything was as per listing, place was beautifully done, neat & clean, designed keeping all relevant needs in mind. Special mention for Sujan, who was available for all queries and requirements. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed the stay at Paras's place. He was very friendly and helpful. We had a 1 year old baby with us and he enjoyed the stay there. Kitchen had all basic utilities. Only issue is with the height at which house is. For young people it is fine but for our parents it was difficult to climb from the car parking place. car was parked on main road, it was safe but you can't do multiple trips because of the steps. Otherwise we enjoyed all days. It is nearby Curlies which gives more positive points. Also all other beaches were 20 minutes away by car so I would definitely recommend the place if you want to enjoy North Goa vibe as well as peace.

Angira is a lovely host. She was very communicative throughout our stay. She recommended local eateries by category which was immensely thoughtful and helpful. The home is exactly as shown in the pictures. It is close to major attractions and yet tucked away in a serene setting. It is ideal for a relaxed vacation. I'd definitely book here again!

We had a great time and Sharvil was super responsive at all times. We in fact extended our stay from 4 days to a week! The place, the location, the neighborhood everything was just perfect and exactly what we needed since we were traveling with our dog. The whole house comes with all the amenities as listed and a fully equipped kitchen and utility. Since it’s in a gated community, it’s secluded, well maintained, organized, peaceful, private, and secure enough in a great neighborhood with great restaurants and places to explore close by. A value for money villa! Super clean and comfortable. The caretaker was very helpful. The location is perfect (Vagator). So for party lovers like me, the villa was at the perfect place. The villa had all the amenities we were looking for.

The property is located in good scenery and peaceful environment. It's a good place to escape from your busy schedule, Highly recommended. William was a good host, always available and helpful in all the situations and he helped us to get cab, bike contacts. Daily cleaning services were provided. Even bargained for cab charges. Nimish is a very kind and helpful person. The whole stay right from checkin to checkout felt so easy. He is himself there to guide through everything. His home is at a perfect location to explore everything including the city, north Goa and south Goa. It is equal distance of 30-40 min to everything and even to the airport. The house is fully equipped and so comfortable and clean. I slept like I sleep at my own home. Environment is so comforting within the house. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with such nice terraces for this price is unbelievable. Every little detail has been thought of by him. The internet speed and stability was too good for some like me who has to work on the net. The parking place is a great addition. I am going to be back soon at your place to explore Goa more. Nimish’s place is highly recommended to anyone coming to Goa.

We had a wonderful two day stay at the apartment. The place was beautifully done up. It was walking distance from shops, restaurants and the beach. The kitchen was stocked with some tea leaves, coffee, sugar, salt, masala’s and some munchies. The bathroom was clean. The linen was clean and well stocked. The Wi-Fi connection was strong. The hosts were responsive. There was car parking at a charge. It could be easily reached using google maps. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Goa.

I statyed at Tarunpreet's penthouse last month for 5 nights with my family which included my elderly parents and my infant daughter. The house is located at a very convenient location if you want to explore North Goa, Panaji is a 10 minute drive. The kitchen is well stocked, other amenities like washing machine and microwave make the stay comfortable. The place is very clean, aesthetically designed and spacious, with a beautiful and large terrace which adds to the charm. The housekeeping is very professional and attend to your needs proactively. There are a number of convenience stores nearby and home delivery is also available. There is dedicated parking available for the penthouse, I would recommend having a personal vehicle. Tarunpreet is a welcoming host who makes sure you feel at home, she is available at all times of the day on messaging apps or call. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a luxurious and warm stay in Goa.
