Apartment vacation rentals in Da’an District

Gennie and team were very friendly and responsive. The place is in a great location, walking distance to many shopping malls, restaurants and night markets. The apartment is a bit more dated than what's shown in the photos but was very clean which is very important to us. Would recommend to other guests.

Very good location - easy access to all of Taipei - by metro and (for shorter routes) by foot. The apartment is exactly as advertised. Neighborhood is quite busy, but its not an inconvenience - just an image of a bustling city. Would recommend and come back.

Around 5-8 min walk from red line mrt, wide range of food just downstairs at night market. Temp of water hard to adjust, either scalding or freezing - finally learnt that had to use rainshower for more consistent temp. Rubbish clearing system not too straightforward ie you have leftover food from might market or perishables, need to take them out elsewhere to subway station to fling or keep them in the house for the entire stay's duration. Extremely audible rain sounds on metal if it rains and traffic noise and may not be suitable for people who require silence to sleep or babies. Quite narrow steep steps from entrance to door which is on 2nd floor - just fyi for people with heavy luggage/strollers/young children/elderly/pregnant. Alley is dark at night as well. Overall decent stay, good host. Thank you

Great size amount of beds. Sofa folds out into bed. Great for families, clean. Well taken care of, host was responsive and helpful, recommended.

Emily & Deep are responsive and wonderful hosts, we are personally welcomed and oriented of their beautiful and clean home. The place is near Da'an station and surrounded with local eateries and a wet market. It is also near Linjiang night market. The massage chair is a great bonus for our tired body and legs after a whole day walk. We all love the place and enjoy the stay here.

We stayed for 4 nights, and the owner responded to all my inquiries promptly and kindly, and we were very warmly welcomed before check-in, and introduced to the local food. The house is close to a night market and 101, quite convenient, walking distance to the night market and Taipei 101.But if you have a lot of luggage, it feels like you're going to the MRT station, which is about a 10-minute walk. The bed is very comfortable, but there is more noise downstairs in the morning. It just happened to rain and cool down the few days I was there, and the bathroom had heating ~

We were a family of four visiting from the US. The apartment was comfortable and very convenient. Although Taipei 101 looks like it is tucked in a corner of the sprawl of Taipei, there is a lot going on in the neighborhood, both glitzy and more local in flavor. Ryan’s place is three minutes from the Taipei 101 MRT station and across the busy boulevard from the 101 Tower, yet because there is a large building between the street and the apartment, the apartment was quiet throughout the day. Note that the halls and common spaces are very much to traditional Taiwan standards of condition; the apartment itself is very clean. We removed our shoes at the door and were very comfortable in the apartment. We were in Taiwan in December so we used the heat on occasion. We were able to keep the temperature comfortable throughout the night without an issue. Beds are firm as usual for Asia.

We enjoyed our stay at Hannah's place. The location was great, close to restaurants, shops, and the MRT station. The bed was comfortable and relatively quiet despite being close to a busy street. We would come back again. Thank you for hosting us.

It was our first time in Taipei and Taiwan, and as a family of 4, travel logistics can be hard. Hannah and her co-hosts were super responsive and helpful, and we even booked an airport pick up with them (disclaimer, I am fluent in Mandarin so we communicated in Chinese, but they do also speak English). Arrival at Airbnb were smooth, and the neighborhood is incredible. We picked Da'an because our friends told us it was hip with lots of things to do. The area around the Airbnb had a ton of restaurants but wasn't so crowded because it was a residential area away from the main intersection. The apartment itself is inside an older building, as many apartments in Taipei are. If you've been to Taipei, you'll know. But if you haven't, it might be a bit jarring. Also there was construction opposite the apartment when we stayed there. Hannah was very responsive and when our shower head didn't work, it was replaced in an hour. Thank you!

Great place for a large family. Convenient location close to MRT and lots of shops and restaurants. Spacious. Will stay again.

It was an amazing, convenient location, very close to MRT and bus stops, as well as restaurants and shops. Easy entry and exit with a fob key. The kitchen is really well stocked, with basic condiments such as salt and soy sauce. The interior is nicely decorated. The two bedrooms are right on top of each other in loft style, so might not be that private if that is important. Laundry can also easily be done in a newer front loading style washer that also has drying setting. The internet does drop in and out sometimes, otherwise everything else was great.

Miu miu’s place was great. It & the linen was clean! And I’m picky about that. She is an excellent proactive & responsive communicator. She arranged a driver to pick us up from the airport at a fair price. Highly recommend this service to not hassle with transportation. Very Close to MRT Station. 地點好！空間大，乾淨！

Clean and very convenient to anywhere in Taipei. 1 min walking to MRT station . Yoco & Catherine are very helpful, always eager to answer questions, help & easy to talk. Great location. less than 2 mins walk to the metro Zhongxiao Dunhua station, less than 10 mins walk to all the restaurants and department Stores, and only few stops to Taipei Station. Smooth checking and friendly host. thank you.

Gordon s house was comfortable and good for stay with sufficient amenities. Parking lot was available and the house was at good location. Gordon is a nice host. He replied and responded quickly .

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The place looked exactly the same as the photos. It was clean, comfortable and cosy.. The location is extremely convenient and makes it easy to get to anywhere plus it feels safe. There’s our favourite 7-11 just downstairs and many famous food along the street. Would be great to have a little more or bigger bins so that we can dispose rubbish when we packed the food back. It’s such a nice home stay that we don’t want to ruin it and keep it clean for future guests too :)

I think it's a very tourist-friendly facility because it's cheap and the location is good. There are also many beds, making it a great room for large groups. Pepper rice cakes, night markets, and supermarkets were also nearby, so I had no trouble eating.

Eric’s place was great! Loved the neighborhood we were in - there’s a night market right around the corner. Enjoyed our time!

Excellent location, directly above a big mall. Taipei main station is just across the road with Taipei 101 view from balcony. Responsive and helpful host/co-host. Had a pleasant 6 night stay for my family.

Great stay! it's not clear from the pictures but there is also a big-ish sofa area that gives the room a bit more space. Owners are attentive and quick to respond. Nice location beside both the MTR and a u-bike station if you're biking to 101 area. Thanks!
