Joanna's place is a perfectly located apartment with all the comforts. An apartment with a beautiful view of the sea right from the living room and bedroom; very clean, bright and equipped with all the necessary accessories. Nearby is a beautiful neighborhood, both visually and infrastructureally attractive. Absolutely phenomenal place! Joanna is a lovely and communicative host.

We had an amazing time. Everything was great we were picked up arranged through Bill and Helena which was excellent Niki (our driver) was full of information and so friendly . Let us in the apartment and showed us everything. We felt very welcome and had everything we needed . The area was lovely short walk to beach which I absolutely loved . Shops and restaurants nearby. Shower was lovely air conditioning great .Helena was so hopefully and managed to arrange a late check and arranged our journey back to airport. Again this was done brilliantly with lovely friendly (forgotten name sorry) lady who was great we chatted all the way. I felt so welcome and would definitely stay again . Thank you ❤️

Nicole was very friendly and extremely helpful! The house was brand new in a very central area of Koroni with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. We definitely recommend it!

Comfortable place at prime location. Close to picturesque Harbour and shops off all kind. Bakery next door. Large terrace with Harbour view, albeit a little set back and this astonishingly quiet. Experience could not have been better. Looking forward to coming back next summer.

I spent a month in this apartment, and I can highly recommend it. The place is big, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen has plenty of space for cooking, and the bed in the bedroom is very comfortable. The view from the balcony is amazing – beautiful sunsets and a great view of the city lights at night. Check-in and check-out were easy. There’s street parking in front of the building, and in November, I always found a spot without any problems. There’s also a nearby Teuta market where you can pay by card with no extra fees. The host, Andrei, was very friendly and made sure everything was okay during my stay. It’s rare to find someone who takes such good care of their guests. I really recommend this apartment and the host!

Its rare and a privilege to be able to stay in such properties! Extra bonus the hosts! Spetses at this house is an experience!

Absolutely stunning view! We went outside of prime tourism season on purpose, and it was so beautiful and peaceful. We were met at the water taxi for help getting our luggage up to the house (thanks, Spiros!) and our host was very responsive and helpful with questions - and tons of great local recommendations! It is up about 50 stairs from the small harbor, so tough if anyone in your party has mobility issues. But the experience is absolutely worth it! Highly recommend.

This was our second stay with Ioanna... Absolutely fantastic. The hospitality shown from this lady is second to none, as she goes way over what is expected from a host. The room is spotlessly clean and the view from the balcony is world class.... We had breakfast on the balcony every morning and drinks when the sun was going down.... Incredible. The village itself is a lovely small Greek fishing village with plenty restaurants, some lovely gifts shops and beautiful Greek bakers shops It's a couple of minutes walk from the apartment into the centre. We would definitely recommend Ioanna's place to everyone. Thank you again Ioanna❤️

10 out of 10. Everything was superlative. Ms Georgia is a wonderful host, we had very good and reliable communication. The location is top, directly on the beach. The sunrise you can see it right from the bed!!! I have no words to describe how nice it was, how much we loved it, I can confess that we charged our batteries. It was exactly what we were looking for for a few days of relaxation, quiet, friendly and kind people. The cottage is super clean, equipped with everything you need, very well taken care of. Even if it was low season, I can say that there are enough locations where you can eat, fresh fish, seafood, traditional Greek desserts, where you can have a specialty coffee. The location is awesome. Directly at the sea. Usually we were the only ones at the whole beach (end of October). The house is very nice, clean and spaceous. The beds are quite hard, but that is the only small disadvantage we experienced. We (including our three kids) loved the place so much that we will definitivly come back, when we are in Greece again.

We had the most wonderful stay here the proximity to the pebble Beach was a highlight and the bright lights of kalamata only 15 min by car. Maria was the perfect host.

Anna’s home was beautiful as was the location. Very close to some amazing restaurants on both sides of the peninsula. Easy walk to the ferry. We were made to feel like part of the family. Anna left us lovely fresh fruit, jams and water. Communication by Anna was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Perfect for us and we would definitely choose to stay here again if the opportunity arose. Thank you Anna.

If you like a local village feel with fantastic views this is for you. The apartment is on the first floor with balconies at the front and back. We enjoyed breakfast on the rear balcony accompanied by the friendly cats from downstairs. The location is a stones throw from a little beach that you can walk along to reach the small quay and fantastic restaurants.

We were generally satisfied. Very pleasant communication with the hosts, unfortunately we did not meet them in person, but the co-host. And he showed us everything important in and around the apartment. Only downside, the apartment is on Riviera street and it was very noisy. If you don't want to close the windows and want to do without the air conditioning, then there will be restless nights. Everything else was great, bus, tram and beach as well as supermarkets are very close. The city center can be easily reached by bus and train. For a short city trip, this apartment and its owners are absolutely recommended.

We were very friendly welcomed by Kostas, the house was tidy and well arranged, the heating worked smoothly. The bed was a little hard, but this is just one thing that depends on everyone's habits.

The apartment is optimal. You have a beautiful view of the sea, exactly as it is shown in the photos. Angelo and his mom were great hosts and responded immediately to questions. Everything was clean and in good condition. We definitely recommend the place.

The super host of super hosts . Chris is incredibly helpful and makes the check in so simple. He is extremely responsive and even helped us out out with a minor medical emergency. The apartment is prefect with an amazing location.

Wonderful host… very good communication. The apartment was very well equipped with excellent facilities. Quiet neighbourhood on the edge of the old town close to all of the sites. Highly recommended.
