In a quiet location only 9 km from the airport and 300 meters from the sea, our accommodation is ready to welcome you like you are at home even if it is only for one night! There is a CLIMATE RESILIENCE TAX that is not included in the price and the guest must pay IN CASH upon arriving in the property. The additional tax from March 1st to October 31st is 1,5€ per night whereas from November 1st to February 29th the additional tax is 0,50€.

We came by car, and finding the place took a phone call, and the host came out and guided us to the front door. Free parking was at the end of the block. The apartment was great, stylish, clean, and well equipped. It was a short walk to the town center with all the restaurants, and we got some good recommendations. All in all, we had a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Asma Suites. Maria is so helpful and organized a taxi from the airport to collect us which was brilliant . The place was immaculately clean, well-equipped, and beautifully located with a fantastic view. Maria was incredibly welcoming and provided thoughtful touches like local recommendations and quick responses to any questions. Maria also organised a day trip for us which was excellent. The location was perfect—close to everything yet quiet and peaceful. We felt right at home and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. Big thanks to Maria and her Dad who made us feel very special. We really enjoyed our stay in Fira.

JUST AMAZING. Our first time in Greece and we chose Santorini for our babymoon and my wife and I are so glad we chose to stay here. From arrival until we left, the hospitality was incomparable. All the staff were always willing to help, were kind beyond measure and were also a pleasure to talk to. The location offers amazing views of the caldera, is romantic, peaceful and quieter but also central enough to check out other areas of the island with ease. The staff provided us with great recommendations and were more than happy to do so. They always checked to make sure my pregnant wife was enjoying her stay, and when I injured myself on our last day, they went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed to fly out the next day and continued to check on us throughout the day. Don’t hesitate to book here. We’ve already been raving to all our family and friends about our time here and will absolutely come back in the future.

Couldn’t have asked for a better accomodation or host! Would highly highly recommend to anyone looking to visit Milo’s! Nicholas went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and get the full Milo’s experience. I’ll definitely be coming back here in the future. The food in the local restaurants are incredible that are walking distance, the sights are even better and the people are lovely. 10/10

The location is really comfortable, it’s a two minutes walk to Perissa beach: it is a calm area compared to the rest of Santorini, so you can chill but still visit the island easily by car. The beaches are wonderful. Stelios place offers nice and cozy rooms, very clean and very furnished. The pool is a nice way to relax. Katerina and her family were so kind and thoughtful. They gave us so many advices on how to visit the island and what activities to choose. We totally recommend to stay with them and we hope we can come back!

Have a good experience! Very nice hotel in Akrotiri, a beautiful saltwater pool, sunbeds available, clean rooms, daily cleaned, bar and restaurant available and welcoming staff. The only problem is in the noise of our room (number 13) located just below the restaurant… So a lot of machine noises, chairs, various clacs quite early in the morning (7am) and late at night (11pm). In addition to this detail adjusted with quiescent balls, very pleasant stay!

Thank you to your team, we had a very warm welcome. Bottle of water and a bottle of champagne in the fridge when we arrive. Pleasant, after a long trip by plane & for a first jaccuzi. Slippers and Bathrobe. Garbage cans & bath towels are regularly changed. And add toilet paper and coffee, if needed. (Ps: linens changed once, for a week-long stay). Amazing view. and despite the airport opposite, it was not an inconvenience. The locals are all very kind & welcoming. 🩵 ps: the restaurant "Johnnie" within walking distance: amazing 😍
