The lake was beautiful. We had the awesome opportunity to witness the lake frozen with a few geese walking across it to by the end of our stay the ice melted and the geese were swimming. I can’t think of a more powerful sign that spring is here. Happy anniversary to us! Lucy, our doxie loved her stay also. Very relaxing comfortable stay, just what we wanted and needed.. From reading in the sun on the deck over looking the lake, cooking on the bbq grill as well as in the well equipped kitchen, to vegging on Netflix with the fireplace and a glass of wine. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Michelle was on top of the only question needing answered. We had no other questions because this vacay was easy and accommodated 😊

This was the perfect weekend stay for us to celebrate our anniversary. We went hiking nearby at Vulture’s Knob and had a spectacular dinner at Hudson & Essex. Could not have asked for a better weekend. The location was beautiful and clean and all around amazing.

Diana was extremely responsive to all of our questions. The house was in a safe area with blinds and blackout curtains to provide added privacy. The well-maintained house was comfortable and close enough to the park and beach for daily walks with our dog. The home even provided supplies like crate and waste bags for your pet. The noise from the busy street was not even noticeable inside the home. We have heard train noise in all homes where we have stayed (even our family) over the years - it’s just a given in the area. This home has the best insulation and I only noticed the train twice while sleeping. The heat works great and we even set the thermostat 5 degrees lower than we keep it at home. We plan to make this our first choice for future visits.

kelly and ben's home was clean and comfortable! 6 of us stayed there and there was plenty of room. the upstairs kitchen was well-stocked; we had everything we needed! the large dining table was bright and sunny, surrounded by big windows. plenty of room in the living room to watch the football game or the snowflakes falling in the huge backyard! the firepit was lovely and kelly had wood available for us to use. kelly responded immediately to any questions and even ran over to the house to help find a pump for the pull-out bed air mattress. it snowed one night and the driveway was plowed the next morning. very, very attentive hosts!

We stayed at Daniel’s property for three weeks. The home was cozy and in a great location. The master bedroom was large with an attached bathroom. All of the furniture was comfy and the kitchen had many supplies. Daniel is a really great host, very friendly and easy to contact. We would definitely say here again.

This was a well laid out house tucked away in a nice enough area. The open kitchen and living room meant everyone felt connected, and the hot tub was clean and working. I always think the best review compliment is whether you would buy something again. In this case, we will definitely be back!

Beautiful property with history. Wonderful home with plenty of comfortable beds. We slept so well. Great kitchen with everything you need. We would definitely stay here again. Responsive host and kind owner. If you’re in this area and you need an Airbnb it is your loss if you don’t reserve this place.

Very nice place to stay for a week of winery visits. Cute little town with a few nice restaurants and bars as well. We had a small issue with the toilet handle and Audrey had that resolved within hours. I would definitely stay here again.
