Beautiful home! We were five adults staying for four nights. The house was very clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful backyard. Adrian was very responsive to a few minor issues - they were resolved immediately! We highly recommend this place!

Paula is the best host I’ve ever had on AirBnB. She was so accommodating, responsive, and helpful from the second we booked until we left. We arrived late and she was so courteous as to turn the lights on in the home for us and the porch light so we could find the property better. The price is extremely fair. The home is cozy and spacious. The surrounding area feels very safe, I felt comfortable having my family stay here as a Case Western Reserve student. Paula even went out of her way to call me to make sure the stay was going well. Only a short ~15 minute drive to CWRU campus. Less than 5 minute drive to restaurants and coffee shops. Great location.

We spent 2 weeks here and it was just what we needed. Amenities were all there and the location was perfect. Surroundings were quiet and peaceful and being able to watch the horses in the back pasture was so nice. Lisa was a great host and always responded quickly with any questions that came up. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in your Lake Milton home. This was the first time we did a long term rental and the house felt like home. We loved hanging out on the back porch. We even used the firepit a couple nights. We grilled out over the Labor Day weekend. And we were lucky to be here when there were fireworks on the beach. It was an easy walk to the beach. It was great to walk the dog throughout the area. We also enjoyed the pool. My granddaughter, age 5 and niece, age 9, had a great time. We love the way the house is decorated. My mom loved the blue room. We enjoyed every day here in your home. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home.

And Chloe went above and beyond decorating the home for Christmas making our holiday away from home still feel very special and festive. Location of the house is great - private and beautiful area.

We were in town for my mother’s celebration of life. It was nice to not have to worry about a lot of back and forth. The place was clean, fit our accommodation needs and had a lot of space for us to be able to spread out. Great outdoor patio with a wonderful swing bed that was so nice to just chill outside.

We always love staying at Heather's place! It's cozy and cheerful and full of warmth and character. Perfect spot for our family of three and our pup. Upstairs is a little eat-in kitchen, a sweet sitting area, and two bedrooms. The beds are all comfortable, especially the giant master bed with dreamy memory foam mattress. The nook with two twin beds is irresistible, stocked with stuffed animals and kids' books. Downstairs is a great spot to play and relax, with a gorgeous (new) antique pool table. The location is secluded, safe, and private, nestled in the woods, but in a walkable neighborhood with sidewalks and very convenient to I-80. Heather is always an attentive and responsive and super-friendly host. Thanks, Heather, for another great stay!! 😊

Stayed for a long weekend. Convenient location close to I-90 with downtown Lakewood a quick walk away. Spacious unit, hosts provided necessary essentials and was very comfy for duration of stay. Would definitely recommend.

Andrea was a great host she responded very fast. I loved the property looked just like the picture , actually a little bigger than expected. Great Location. My only downfall was the garage with my car being low as I went in and out my car scrapped really really bad I don’t know recommend no one without a car that sit high to drive down that hill lol when I book again because I will be booking again I’ll make sure I just pay for parking for the night lol. Always a stellar stay here! It’s close to my company’s HQ and Bay Village is a great little area. Gretchen always communicates well, and has great recommendations for local restaurants. Always clean and comfortable. It was cold and snowy on this recent visit, but the heated bathroom floors and gas fireplace kept things cozy!

We had a nice stay and Antonio was very helpful when we needed it.

I had some constructive feedback for the host regarding the property however, the property over all was in gently used condition and had a homely and peaceful feel to it. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at this place! The location is awesome, cute neighborhood and very walkable to some fun bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. The home was very clean, set up perfectly for a big group and Justin recommended a fantastic pizza place nearby. The one thing I’d recommend is bringing extra towels if you have a group larger than 5 or 6 people! Highly recommend and would stay there again :)

Absolutely awesome stay with exceptional hospitality! Our family stayed here to celebrate Christmas with our extended family and had a wonderful time. From our arrival experience to the beautiful decor to the snacks to the immaculate spaces, everything about this place was great! The adults had plenty of gathering space and the kids had fun playing in the tree house. This place is perfect for family gatherings. We would highly recommend it!

Stephanie as a host was great from booking. very responsive. House was in great shape. beautiful kitchen. fit family of 5 with a 13 yr old upstairs and a 7 and 9 yrs old in one room with me and my wife in the other. The room upstairs was like a private studio for our son. big TV, great sound and a microwave for popcorn etc. he loves it. my wife and I loved the privacy and backyard for kids to play. so many tools and pots in the kitchen and he entire house was well stocked. Hard to find a nicer place in Avon for the money. Would come back in a heartbeat. thanks Stephanie!!

The house can comfortably sleep 16 and there is definitely room for 16 throughout the house. Close to everything. Would definitely stay here again!!
