Beautiful Family Home, One level, Open Floor Plan

Step in and embrace the interior design style of this home. This residence showcases dark wood flooring and architectural wood beams, a blend of rustic and chic aesthetics. It has an open floor plan with two large living areas centered around the kitchen with breakfast bar. The outdoor space features a BBQ grill and a fire pit with plenty of seating and outdoor dining. For the kids there is a swing set and sandbox. Very family friendly. For sleeping, there are three large bedrooms. Groups over six have 2 twin and one queen sized air mattresses available as well as 2 large sectional sofas. My home is completely updated with all the amenities of a high-end hotel. There is high speed internet, a propane grill, a fire pit and a beautiful patio with a table and chairs to enjoy the scenic backyard . All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and the family room is equipped with a 70 inch Hi Def TV. We are very family friendly and can supply a crib, pack n play, high chair, or toys for your little ones. The huge backyard also has a swing set, playhouse, and a sandbox. It truly is a home away from home. Guests will have complete access to the home with exception of one owners closet and one dresser. I am very close by. We can have as little or as much interaction as you like. The property is set in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. It is located within 10 minutes of every major freeway, 5 minutes to the airport, 15 minutes to downtown, and only 20 minutes to the Cleveland Clinic. Berea features two Lakes. Coe Lake offers a huge newly-expanded playground, an amphitheater, walking trails, a community pool, and a pavilion with grills. Just down the road Wallace Lake has a beach area and a waterfall with biking trails. There are also awesome locally owned restaurants. This location is within 1 mile of a bus stop and 5 minutes to the train system. My home has three bedrooms with three queen beds that will sleep six people. There are also two sectional sofas that will comfortably accommodate three more people. There are also air mattresses available to use.

Extra toothpaste, floss, conditioner, shampoo, body wash, etc. She has a great place and I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! Hosts were great! Even made sure we had plenty of firewood so we could have a fire in the snow. Living room was perfect for playing games reading a book and afternoon naps. Cooking did pose a few challenges but we made it work. Love, love, loved the jacuzzi tub! Especially after coming in from a hike on the snowy nature trail. And the bed was quite comfortable. Great weekend getaway!

Instructions well thought out and easy to follow, no prolonged checkout procedure ("leave it like you found it, hang keys here"). Lots of nice touches and supplies throughout, Brita in the fridge. I cannot say enough good things about Sarah and John, and the apartment. They were great hosts The apartment was very comfortable and had much amenities that I didn't find in other places, not to mention 2 very friendly cats who visited my apartment (very welcome) from time to time, which was fun. I LOVED the kitchen- it was incredibly well-stocked with cookware and such. Also they were very gracious and flexible when I had to adjust my check in time (and gave me a little extra time to pack and go. Five star location! I'll be back some time.

I felt right at home here and it was very spacious. Local recommendations and very close to Progressive Stadium! It was very nice to have cooking utensils and everything needed. The decor of the place made it feel like you were at home! Nice front and back patio. Street parking is your best bet if you leave the property frequently. Would absolutely rebook!
