Great place, well located, just across Royatonic. The accommodation combines the charm of the old with some recent furniture, it has character. Despite the lack of dedicated parking space, we had no trouble parking for free nearby. There is everything you need in the space, whether for cooking or for laundry. Only downside to note (but of which we were aware): the apartment is located on the third floor without an elevator, and the floor is quite noisy. Very good communication from Christelle, whether before our arrival, or to organize our departure. We recommend it.

Spacious, charming, well-appointed and equipped accommodation ( very good bedding 160), quiet and close to the city center. Its location on the lower ground floor of a large house located on the slope, does indeed keep a pleasant coolness in the summer. I recommend it. Thanks Sandra.

The accommodation is spacious and very well-equipped. Marie and José are very friendly. Each room has very good bedding and the duvets are very hot. The kitchen and the bathroom are well equipped and we did not miss anything. The place is very peaceful and the view is superb. Close to several walks without necessarily taking the car. Ideally located to discover Thiers (the cutlery museum with a demonstration is worth a visit) , Vichy and Clermont-Ferrand! We highly recommend José and Marie's place and thank them for their availability both at check-in and checkout!

Adequate and pleasant accommodation, I would recommend it. Friendly host too. We only stayed one night there for work.

The house has everything you could expect from practical and functional!Also it is located very close to Vichy,and it is close to all commerce. Clean and well kept house. A special note for bedding:the mattress is comfortable , firm and not soft!This is what I think is a special consideration of the host!I recommend it and our children also enjoyed this stay at Kate's!Congratulations Kate!

Tristan is really very friendly and welcoming. He took great care of us and accommodating. The apartment is cozy,it feels good. The room is clean, the bed is firm and comfortable as I like it. Toilet and bathroom near the room. Very clean. Super well equipped kitchen, full of books, magazines, board games and a beautiful terrace. It's very quiet. We will come back without hesitation! No smell of tobacco.
