Great stay perfect for what we were after! Location and views were on point! Kayaks were great with the dads and toddlers in the morning and firepit was great at night for when the kids were in bed. Swans can and visited one lovely and one a bit angry but otherwise fine. Road next to the house was a bit busy and noisy but that’s the only fault if I was looking for one. Thank you so much for a great stay for a much needed break!

Great house and perfect location to walk to the Marketta and also local shops. The house had everything we needed and lots of outdoor space for the kids to explore.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kate’s place. It’s in a great location, the renovations make the place fresh and bright and the outside space was fantastic for our family pet. Highly recommended.

Our stay at summers home was even better than we expected. It was a very spacious home and well appointed. Plenty of lounges and chairs to sit on to accommodate many guests and plenty of beds which were extremely comfortable and a full sized kitchen and Butlers pantry that had everything we required. It was in a good location. You could walk to the beach and many cafes and shops. Fishing rods , boogie boards and surfboards were also there if you wanted to use them. Summer was very accommodating in letting us have an early check-in which enabled us to start our holiday earlier than expected. I would definitely go back to summer‘s house as we all had a very enjoyable time there.

Thanks so much for our stay! We loved being so close to the beach and the headland, there was no need to drive anywhere. The house was clean and welcoming, and exactly as described in the listing. We felt right at home. Caterina's communication was excellent, giving us detailed instructions about checking in and out, and the expectations for our stay. Highly recommend!

Our family of 5 had the most peaceful stay! The house is walking distance to the beach, cafes, restaurants and gelato shop (a daily indulgence), and Cabarita is such a friendly community. We loved the lush back lawn overlooking the lake, that ran straight to the water’s edge with waterlilies and abundant bird life. All of us enjoyed some time out on the lake in the kayaks, as well as relaxing on the back porch couch listening to birdsong. The house was slightly smaller than we were expecting, but also cosy with loads of character. It offered everything we needed for a relaxing family escape from the city.

Thanks for a wonderful weekend! Rare to find a place with plenty of bedrooms and beds for a group getaway in such a central location, close to beach, breweries, coles, restaurants and more. Pool was lovely, living areas well presented, and in a very quiet neighborhood.

This was a great place for my partner, our in-laws and our 4 dogs to spend Christmas! The highlights were the natural pool, amazing and beautiful garden, the back deck with serene views of mount warning and the Webber for a Christmas smoked ham.

Perfect location, relaxed cottage with all the facilities you could ask for. Perfect for dogs, kids and adults alike. Two minute walk from the beach, 5 minute drive from all the offerings of Broadbeach and in a quiet residential area away from the gold coast crazies.

We really enjoyed our stay! A lovely view and great use of the space downstairs. Awesome hosts made for a great experience from reservation to checkout!

Beautiful house which has got everything for a quiet peaceful retreat from everyday life. Highly recommend, Bonnie is a fantastic host.

Very spacious and well equipped. Only problem was that we had to barricade the back yard to prevent our little dog from going there. It wasn’t dog proof from the canal or child proof. Other wise we had a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful stay! Comfortable and relaxing home for the 7 of us. Awesome big yard, pool and things to do for the kids. Kids loved exploring private pools and also massage pool which was very close by. Will definitely stay here again

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful English-style house! It was the perfect setting for a group getaway—spacious, stylish, and so well-equipped with everything we could possibly need (and more). The surrounding nature was absolutely magical. We spent our mornings with a coffee in hand, listening to the creek running and the birds singing—so peaceful and grounding. The whole place had such a calm and welcoming energy, and it made our time together truly memorable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind, reconnect, and enjoy a little slice of nature in total comfort. We'll definitely be back!

We loved our stay at the Acute Abode! The location was stunning and cottage was so cute. It was a great place to disconnect for a few nights.

Very relaxing feel to this place, catches a lovely breeze, very short walk to dining options, supermarket, beach/headlandand surf club. Loved my stay here!! I would definitely return…

Rafael's place is similar to a studio apartment/granny flat. The kitchennete was good. Bed was comfortable and plenty of wardrobe space to avoid clutter. The granny flat had a separate entrance gate even when it is behind the main house. Fully fenced yard and deck at the back. Very good place to stay and not too far to drive to Surfers Paradise. Backyard was great to have for the dogs. We had to go home a day earlier due to the wild weather. He is a very responsive host.

Suited us perfectly. We just needed a comfortable place to stay as we were out the majority of the time. would recommend for sure.

Kelly was so lovely, helpful and welcoming. The massive fenced yard was amazing for my dog, he was very happy and had a ball. The area felt very peaceful and private. Kelly has styled the place so beautifully, I loved staying here and she also generously left fresh eggs in the fridge that were there on arrival. I would highly recommend a stay here.
