My stay in the house was great , I was with my family we all love it !!! The house is much more beautiful than in the photos , far surpassed the expectation, Cláudia very attentive and the homemade a cute one! Very good location! We love it back for sure ♥️

I spent five wonderful days in this charming house in São Sebastião, just 50 meters away from the sand. Located on the top of a hill, it offers a view surrounded by the lush green, where the sound of the sea completes the scenery. The house is ideal for families, 2 good rooms, with cozy space and well-preserved privacy, even with a nearby and connected house, which is also available for rent. Everything is impeccable and well-equipped: full kitchen with stove, fridge, water filter (good balcony) and all necessary utensils. The ceiling fans ensure comfort, even on the hottest days. The decoration is beautiful, with first-rate finishes, new paint and good taste chandeliers. Even with a lack of light in the region, the team left candles available, showing attention to detail. The house is pleasant on both hot and rainy days. It was an amazing experience, which has already entered my list of favorites. I will come back for sure!

Everything went well and we loved the house, it's exactly as pictured. Hosts respond quickly and are understandable with the changes. The space, utensils and comfort is note 10. Very close to the beach.

House exactly as in the pictures, very beautiful and well cared for, everything was clean. The pool area is the best part of the house. The house is well-lit with natural light, has many glass windows that allow natural light to enter, this makes the whole house well-lit and cozy.

Great apartment and condominium. Quiet surroundings with market and bakery nearby. The apartment is bigger than it looks on the pictures, super organized and comfortable. The building's pool space is great too. Fernando and super solitary condominium staff. I recommend peacefully and hope to return again.

Thiago was a very welcoming host. The apartment is clean and with many amenities in very good condition especially for cooking and washing laundry. However, in our opinion, there are at least missing cushions (and maybe sheets) to be quite comfortable. The neighborhood around the apartment is very residential without much interest. There is Sao Martim Beach 15 minute walk away. The apartment is very quiet.

Tauã! Very thoughtful and helpful, helped whenever I requested it. Tauã is a 10! The only thing I didn't like was the building employee.

I and my wife had contact with Mrs. Solange "Sol" she was very attentive and helpful and friendly tmb, the ap is very good, very clean, organized and equipped in the details, it was worth it, I recommend.

It was great, even taking 2 days of rain gave to enjoy the condominium with the children. Apto do Bruno is comfortable, new utensils, perfect air conditioning and fast internet. The host's compliments only and thank you for the attention of the host. We'll be back for sure!

The apartment is very large and comfortable, with a beautiful sea view. It's well-equipped, has everything we need to meet us during the stay. Cleaning was also very good! We love this accommodation and intend to come back!

Dona Maria, is a great host. She responds super fast and is very helpful. The apartment was all organized and has all the utensils for use. The condominium was very quiet when we went. We had the almost private pool. Rsrs The trustee and the subtallica are super gentle too. I highly recommend it!

I loved the space, had everything we needed. The host served us well, the condominium has a swimming pool, parking space, game room, court and gym at your disposal. Gatehouse for easy access to enter. Everything in the apartment worked perfectly. The apartment was clean and organized. Our stay was wonderful and we will return for sure. For all who wish to close stay in the apartment of José Antonio(Mr. Lima), they can close without fear…. What a perfect place, the apartment is excellent and Mr. Lima always attentive, available at all times, of an unparalleled education…. I'll be back more often for sure.

I am delighted My family and I, rented to stay for 5 days on site, and we simply love it. When we arrive we are already faced with the place super clean and tidy. (SUPER ODIROSO) It is well located, super quiet and in the flat has everything you need at your disposal. The condominium is beautiful, quiet and safe. The House is very cozy, exactly as in the pictures. In short, I recommend and we intend to return!!

My experience was very good. The house is exactly like in the pictures, located in a family condominium, nice and with polite people. There are attractions for children, which was ideal for my family. The heated pool was a differential, and the house was comfortable, with necessary utensils, air-conditioned rooms and good beds. The proximity to the beach is great, and the host was responsive, with clear communication and flexibility on time. Everything was as expected. I would come back again with my family. I found the current entrance to the condominium quite safe.

I am extremely pleased, with the apartment and with the condominium, outside that the return of Enderiqui was incredible, super attentive and proactive. I will come back more often!

Simply a wonderful weekend, very comfortable and clean,well equipped ,the impeccable kitchen, had everything I needed ,I loved and my family too!We love the pool area!And I really liked the lady who stays there to answer our doubts,very helpful and friendly, I forgot to ask her name. I would definitely get back to this home!
