Sharon was so sweet and easy getting us set up last minute. The location is terrific. The space felt roomy and amenities were plentiful for an overnight stop-in to Nashville. I could see why anyone would want to stay here for a cozy escape that’s right next to all the sights downtown.

We were very satisfied with the place. It was very comfortable. We were able to walk the neighborhood as well. We highly recommend this place as well as working with Amy.

We loved staying at the resort, what a great place and wonderful management!! Rooms are so clean and pool is superb! Food was excellent!!!

We were looking for a hotel close to University of Tennessee. With it being game weekend, the prices were insane. Allison's listing was a reasonable rate per night but a 20 minute drive away from the university so we didn't know if we're going to regret our decision on game day...but we didn't. The place was spacious enough for my son and I with a nice little kitchen/dining area and it was spotless. We had extra linens to use on the pullout couch with super comfy pillows. The hosts even left breakfast bars, oatmeal and coffee out to make our mornings easier. I messaged a couple times before arriving and my questions were answered quickly in a detailed manner and they even gave us restaurant recommendations with we appreciated! If my son winds up attending University of Tennessee next fall we will absolutely be back!

What makes Airbnb so great is connecting with new people, Sean is a legend! Hospitable, friendly, sharing, just a good soul! Place is big enough for a big group! So many activities you can entertain yourself on his property. We celebrated a bachelor party there. And I must say our bachelor was beyond happy with the outcome! Great vibes, great space, close enough to grocery stores and downtowns. Book it if it’s available! 10/10 all the way around!

We needed a place fairly close to Vanderbilt that would accept a 70 pound dog and this place fit the bill. Very clean (I gave four stars just because a few pieces of silverware didn't seem to be cleaned well - everything else was good), and the pictures represented the property well. It was in a quiet neighborhood and it has a surprisingly big fenced back yard, which was great for our dog! Comfy furniture and bed and our stay went smoothly. The hosts are great communicators and reached out proactively with helpful information. Aesthetically some different guests might want some updates (a fresh coat of paint in a few rooms maybe, and an update to the main bathroom) but we don't care much about that. Also, if you need a big kitchen, look elsewhere. But for us, this place was perfect. We'll be staying here again in a few weeks, on our way back through Nashville, and we're looking forward to it.

I do a lot of traveling and I have got to say, WOW! This by far is the best place I have ever stayed in. My family and friends loved it too. The host is the absolute best guy ever!!!!!! 100/10 highly recommend 🔥

Great place! Beautiful private lot in the country. Very clean! Nicely decorated and well stocked. Nice amenities such as the porches, fire pit, and lots of parking area. Felt very welcomed with her note, candy and holiday decorations. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again.

We were two families staying together for the weekend and had a wonderful, clean, comfortable stay. The location was perfect as it was only about 20 minutes to all the places we planned to go. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Marilyn’s house. Great neighborhood with awesome views. Our dogs enjoyed peaceful walks and making friends with the neighbors dog.

Exceeded expectations! First, the enclosed parking was great because I didn’t have to worry about parking my car on the street. The home is beautifully decorated and every detail is thought out. Even robes to wear in the closets! Everything was about 10-15 mins away which was perfect. There is a GREAT coffee shop just down the street. The beds are super comfy and the bathroom in the main room is large enough for us to get ready together in. I would absolutely recommend!

The place was very clean, nice location, and not far from downtown. Host was very friendly and communicative. I would definitely recommend anyone planning on going to Nashville to stay here!

This was our second time staying here. We absolutely LOVE this location. Right on the Greenway, and we actually ventured off a little bit and ended up walking around the adorable Germantown streets. The scooters outside the complex to rent are so fun to take down to Broadway- maybe a 10-15 ride. Love being close enough to easily get down there, but far enough way to enjoy the quiet on the river.

I would definitely book again for my next trip. The views were better beautiful and the location was perfect. The indoor heated pool was a plus!

We had a wonderful stay at Kim’s place. Very clean and it had everything we needed. We loved having the pool access.

Rebecca’s place was just as described in the listing. The covered parking was an added bonus. We didn’t get to go when the pool was open but did check out the gym. The room seemed to be undergoing some sort of rehab and could have used mirrors but this is by no means a reflection of Rebecca or the condo. Great location on the Cumberland River that was convenient to everything Nashville had to offer. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
