older place , very unique but very functional for what we needed. tv was a plus plus free netflix. awesome tub, very hot water. heat work great. would love to stay again.

A comfortable, spotlessly clean little apartment. Everything was as described. Diana was responsive to our questions but was not intrusive at all. We had a bonfire outside, sat on the front porch, listened to the trains, and walked around town. Enjoyed a couple of great meals at the River's Edge Cafe, just a short walk away. A great experience. Kam accommodated us on short notice as we had to come up quickly due to a family member being hospitalized. The place is so peaceful and on beautiful grounds. It was easy to find and a Tesla charger was outside our door. I will stay here again!

definitely only bring the necessities! it’s a teeny bit cramped, but it was perfect for my partner and i for two nights. the area is super walkable, plus there’s a movie theater, cat cafe and a ton of super cute shops to check out within two or three blocks of the house. would absolutely stay here again!

Cozy, clean, exactly what I needed! My dog and I loved this AirBnB. The bed was the best I've slept in, the cleanest AirBnB I've stayed at, and the location was amazing. Very walkable, beautiful scenery. Super quiet town. The hosts checked in just enough without being over-bearing and included all details efficiently. I definitely recommend staying here if you want a cute, cozy, comfortable vacation!

Very convenient to the GAP for biking. We had a couple of minor issues, but these were addressed quickly. The beds were comfortable.

Had a great stay at this location! Would recommend to anybody looking to ski or snowboard in the seven springs / hidden valley area. Very cozy and close to the things we came to the area to enjoy! We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was super cute and clean. It was actually more spacious inside than it looked in the pictures. The location was perfect for walking into downtown for food and drink. The cafe downstairs had excellent coffee! Would highly recommend this airbnb if traveling to Cumberland.

Kara’s loft is very modern and functional. It’s both spotlessly clean and welcoming. Our two families of 7 enjoyed our two-night stay. Visited the famous Fallingwater, and made good use of the well-equipped kitchen for warm family gatherings. Thank you, Kara, for the opportunity to stay in this unique unit.

We LOVED our stay here. We were biking the GAP and C&O and found this to be the perfect refuge after a long day of biking. The rooms were spotless, beds were comfortable, and the seltzers in the fridge were a great touch. Definitely stay here!

One of the best hosts I’ve stayed with, and great apartment that met all my needs. Host was very responsive, with fast replies and great service. Going above and beyond when there was any issue. I was here for a long term stay and the apartment met all my needs! Great kitchen for cooking, nice living area for relaxing, and clean bedroom and bathroom. It’s also very conveniently located walking distance to downtown with many great restaurants / eateries of all varieties. The back porch is also a nice touch as it’s quite spacious. Would definitely recommend staying with this host!

We had a wonderful time! The location is so convenient and very walkable! The space was beautiful with great little touches and amenities. Better than the pictures! Jeff and Sam were very responsive and present with their store being below but we still felt like we had a lot of privacy. The bar across the street got pretty rowdy at night and fire station is close with a very loud siren but if you are sound sensitive, the owners provided ear plugs and a sound machine! My husband and I were not bothered by it at all. Overall, highly recommend!!!

My husband, 2 teens and i just returned from a stay at the home. We had a great time just hanging out, hiking and enjoying the fire pit. The home was very clean, stocked well, private and beautifully decorated. Thought i would share a tip since grocery stores are pretty far away….instacart delivers to the home! It was nice to check in, put groceries away and be set for the trip!

Perfect little place for a weekend getaway in Berkeley Springs. It’s located right in town, which made walking around and exploring the town very easy. Danitza was very responsive to messages and we were grateful for her recommendations for restaurants and activities. Check in was very easy. We would definitely stay again!

Stopped in town on a road trip for the night. The room was just like the photos. I asked ahead for some extra pillows/blankets for my kids and their bed was made when I got there. The bubble tub was perfect after hours of driving. Everything was clean and comfortable. Perfect for a day trip, very close to restaurants and shops we were able to walk to everything which was nice after driving all day.

Excellent stay in a nice part of town

it was quick and easy. Kimberly has made sure checking in is fast and painless. and me and my wife had our 4 year old with us who we thought was pretty loud and Kimberly assured us that she was ok. nice little place. Will stay again if I'm in the area again.
