Peaceful, the horse's were beautiful to look at everyday, it hasa relaxing feel and I worked third shift at the hospital and no complaints at all.

Very quiet and peaceful. Convenient location for anyone with activities at the University. Price was very reasonable, especially given the accommodations. Stayed two nights, but suitable for longer stay as well.

Great location and lovely townhouse. Contains all the amenities needed for an extended stay and for those two prefer to cook at home.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Heidi’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, and the home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to UVA, yet in a peaceful and quiet area. The amenities provided were thoughtful and made my stay extra comfortable, including a comfy bed, fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, etc. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience. We’re an outdoorsy family and we all loved our stay in Glenn’s home, right by the water with easy to launch area for the kayaks, no light pollution at night to watch a blanket of stars in the sky. Our fur baby loved it just as much and took a liking to Glenn. Thank you and hope to be back this summer!!!

Perfect location for someone interested in historical sites. I was notified in the morning that the space would be available earlier than scheduled. Bedroom was large with ample closet space. Kitchen was adequately equipped. It has a drip coffee-maker and coffee, sugar, and non-dairy creamer. Kitchen table only seats two. Shower stall was roomy. Bring your own detergent if you intend to use the laundry machines. I was quite satisfied.

Erika and John’s place was wonderful, exactly what I needed for a quick weekend trip from DC! The bed was comfortable and they were very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay and cannot recommend this place highly enough. It looks just like the photos. Some added benefits: a gas fireplace that enhanced our cozy evenings, a lovely screen porch, very comfortable beds, and a pretty woods behind the house. The drive to UVA was quick, but you definitely need a car. Will stay again!

Our family of five had a great stay at The Wine Cellar. The home was clean and well decorated, the beds were comfortable and it was walking distance to a host of really great restaurants on Main Street. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay for a few nights in this condo. Comfortable and clean as a lovely escape while we enjoyed local hikes and breweries. Convenient to the wintergreen market which was helpful for what we may have forgotten or for anything else we wanted. Looooved having the wood burning fireplace too! We’d love to come back.

William was very responsive and understanding to our baby’s needs (eg setting up the pack n play even prior to our arrival). There are also toys and books! The place is cozy and great for our needs. Just a note that the main bedroom is also the living area, which worked out fine for us given that the baby slept in the second bedroom.

This was the second time we have stayed her, and hopefully, won’t be the last.

It was great! I didn’t realize just how close it is to the slopes. We just walked straight to the resort. The people at the resort were nice and the random people we met. It’s a great spot to stay.

Jordan & Veronica’s place was cozy, clean, peaceful, and in the perfect location! The description was spot on and the amenities (an iron!! and water/snacks) were great. Walkability in the downtown area and to UMW were perfect for our visit. We hope to return!

It was a great stay here! It’s in the Wintergreen Resort which was great for hikes with the pups, restaurants within walking distance at the resort, and not too far of a drive to wineries & breweries. Would definitely stay again!

Despite the unfortunate circumstances we went through, Doug was always available and responsive. The place was a wonderful stay, especially if you are someone who enjoys a private and peaceful area. Getting there early during the day before it gets dark might be helpful as there are no streetlights and the roads are very meandering. The sights were beautiful. Overall, very great thank you!

We had the pleasure staying here for 3 nights. The condo is beautiful, clean, and in an amazing location. Mary was very responsive and provided wonderful recommendations in the area. I would recommend this lovely place to anyone looking for a getaway at Wintergreen and we will definitely be returning in the future!
