If you’re having doubts about this place, doubt No More!! It is pure perfection!!!❤️❤️. Cathy assisted us with the check in and basically walked us through every thing she thought we needed for our stay! The views ..I cannot say enough about the beauty of this property ❤️❤️❤️. When we lifted the mechanical shade on the patio and saw how close we were to the ocean and waters and beach life, we knew we picked the right place! I had coffee every morning to the music of ocean waves. The beds and pillows were so comfy - I slept Wonderful! Grocery store close by and the kitchen had everything we needed to have meals and coffee l etc.. The pool was empty everyday - most go to beach, but it had gorgeous surroundings 😍 This place is gorgeous and we will be returning to the island and staying at this exact location ❤️❤️❤️

The condo was amazing. Close to downtown by car and very peaceful. Absolutely no complaints, responsive host. Loved the view, closeness to the pool and central to activities.

My husband,son and I loved our stay. The location was fantastic right on the water with beautiful crystal clear waters. The apartment is even better in person than in the photos. It’s very spacious, luxurious and clean. The location is awesome you are right on the boardwalk with many shops and restaurants around. It’s right next to the marina so a great location to do a boat ride at the neighbouring islands. Jolanda our host was fantastic with outstanding customer service and very flexible and accommodating with the goal for my family to enjoy our vacation. I would without a doubt stay here again. We loved the nights with breezes though the balconies listening to the waves ease us to sleep.

Beautiful beach. Great apartment with everything you need. Just be sure to get a small rental vehicle to fit into the underground parking. Worth every penny. Will be back.

We had a very nice stay at Alex’s place. The place was very clean and beds were very comfy. The deck was absolutely the best absolutely the selling point. Restaurants were within walking distance, as were local food stores (small ones). Alex communicated great with us and if he was not an available, his brother downstairs was. Overall it was an excellent trip.

This property exceeded our expectations, well appointed, well maintained, amazing amenities and views of the ocean. We felt at home away from home. Isa was an amazing host and always proactive in making sure all was in order with our stay and the unit. Even providing interim cleaning services during our stay. We enjoyed staying at the Cliff condos over the years and this is by far one of the best units we stayed at. We will definitely come back and select this same unit for our future stays. Thank you, Isa for making our stay a pleasant one!

We had such a wonderful stay at Melissa’s airbnb!! We had some trouble with the AC at first and they immediately got someone to help fix the issue!! This place is what everyone says - a hidden gem! Beautiful views and a super relaxing atmosphere! If we are ever back in Sint Maarten, we’d be blessed to stay here again. Couldn’t say enough wonderful things about our stay!!

The place was great, the patio is exactly as it looks, the pool is refreshing. François was so helpful and responsive the entire trip! Helped us with our luggage and with anything we needed thought out! Just noting the upstairs bedrooms are loft like and to watch your head. The AC works great even upstairs.

The villa was an excellent choice for my family’s stay on the island. Alain’s warm introduction upon arrival is greatly appreciated. Our entire stay was utterly seamless from the amenities to the overall ambiance of the villa. When in Saint Marteen the place to be is the Blue Lagoon! Take Care!

We had a wonderful time. The home is absolutely gorgeous, with a beautifully maintained pool that provided a perfect spot to relax. The location felt very safe, adding to our peace of mind throughout the stay. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway.

We had a great stay at this villa. The pictures do not do the villa justice. It looks better in person than the pictures. It is walking distance to everything. There are many restaurants in the area. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach. If you're a fast walker, you can get to the beach in less than 10 minutes. A misconception I had about the villa from the pictures was I assumed that the villa was secluded. I was happy to see that the villa is not secluded and there are other houses/apartments on the same street. However, there is a lot of privacy. The backyard/pool area is beautiful. You'll have a view of the airport and the beach. The villa was extremely clean. Frederick gave great directions on where everything was located. He responded very quickly to messages. The villa is in a safe area and extremely close to the airport. I highly recommend this villa. I would book again if I ever returned to St. Maarten. Frederick was a great host.

The stay was very pleasant and the home was impeccable. You won’t regret booking with this host. They were very attentive and hospitable. From the location to the views we enjoyed our stay at this villa. I will definitely book again when I return to St Maarten.

Our experience at Villa Ocean was truly fantastic. Melissa, Nina and Kevin were extremely proactive prior to our arrival, providing suggestions for activities and restaurants, as well as helping us navigate new travel requirements. They were also incredibly responsive to any and all questions we had during our stay, and generously made lunch reservations for us so we could make the most of our final hours on the island. Kevin was fantastic helping us find the villa in the dark upon our arrival, and provided a thorough overview of the villa and all its amenities. The villa itself is perfect. It looks exactly like the pictures, and proved to be a great size and set-up for our two families. We lived on the outdoor deck with the doors open to the interior - it was truly heaven. The view of the water and Pinel Island were a spectacular way to begin and end each day. We also made frequent use of the kayaks, making trips out to the sandbar and to Pinel Island. You will not regret booking it!

Villa exactly as described and pictured. Location is ideal and as stated, just a few steps to beach and with a beautiful view. Small pool for guests of several units was a plus, we actually never saw anyone else using the pool and it was just outside our front door. The villa was very clean and very well maintained. The washer for clothes was another plus. Finally, Alexandra was a wonderful host. Helpful and proactive. We had daily support and check in assistance from Fanny who was quick to respond with any questions. Highly recommend.

A perfect Airbnb experience. The apartment was perfect for two couples. Choice of an amazing beach or very welcoming pool setting. Kevin was a perfect host. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Would highly recommend staying in the suite. We were super impressed by how clean the unit was. You’re a balcony faces mullet Beach and it was a delight to wake up to that view every day. You’re three minute drive from Maho strip. And the host was super welcoming and so responsive. we will definitely be back. 5 stars

This was my second trip to SXM, first time staying at the airbnb & I must say, I’d stay here over an all inclusive resort any day! The privacy and peace atmosphere is top tier! The bed & the rest of the furniture was super comfortable! The water pressure was great & the terrace was the icing on the cake. Being a little further out from the main strip was a plus imo. The beach was a quick 5min walk. I hope to visit SXM & will be sure to stay here again.

The place has an amazing private beech that few people know about it.

We really enjoyed our stay in Maho village Tradewinds was a great help in planning as well as answering any questions we may have had The condo is great location Groceries close by Many different restaurants and shops walking distance Great few spots to watch sports across the street It's a 5 Min walk to the. EST pickleball / paddle courts on the island Golf is also 5 min walk Easy walk to 3 different beaches We also rented a car and found it easy to get around the island. The location is very central to Philipsburg and Marigot.
