Vacation rentals in Cueva de Valporquero

We were very comfortable in Maria José's apartment. It is very cuddly and cozy and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. In addition, it is very centrally located, close to all the most interesting places in the city. In winter it is hot, it is nice to return home, it has a lot of natural light and the views of the square are beautiful. María José is a caring and very helpful host. Highly recommended, we enjoyed the stay very much.

I almost don’t want to review this because I want it to be available next time I want to come (and I will be back). Ilka was incredible, and the location was the heavenly escape I needed. So quiet and gorgeous. I can’t even really describe it. Maybe the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had, from host to location to the actual accommodations. I could have stayed for a month easily. I’ll just tout Ilka again, but try not to put too high of expectations on her! She made everything great and provided me with everything I needed (even bringing me some food when I arrived super late for which I am forever grateful) while also always checking to make sure I was okay and being super responsive. She also had incredible recommendations for things to do in the area from touristy to solitary excursions. I had zero plans of coming here and the universe made it happen somehow through a series of coincidences and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience.

Great location, nice house. Village is beautiful and quiet, with a restaurant/ bar and small stream nearby. Great to explore valley, great views. Comfortable and safe in a beautiful place. Hosts were friendly and communicative. Note there's no where to buy fruits and vegetables, and the house doesn't have tea or coffee. Also there's no garden or outside area, the view from the cover photo is 2min walk.

Very good choice to enjoy a few days in Leon, the houses are very large, in our case we perfectly entered 17 guests perfectly and there were still some beds left. Excellent location 10 minutes from the cathedral and in a fairly quiet neighborhood, easy to park. Highlight that communication with Alberto was smooth.

We were totally delighted with this casita. It's very welcoming, clean, and quiet... better than we expected. We were very hot with the heater and stove. The house has everything we need. Álvaro is a spectacular host. He gave us very quick answers and did us a favor at midnight. He also gave us some recommendations of routes around this area (which is very nice). Above all it made us feel right at home and respected our privacy. Thank you so much for everything Álvaro!!
