Great site to vacation in Gijón. We were greeted at the door of the building by Ángeles, who went up with us and showed us the floor. The lady is super friendly and cordial. The apartment was spotless, not a speck of dust throughout the house. Two large bedrooms with comfy beds and spacious closets. Two superlym bathrooms, a living/dining room with large TV and a kitchen with everything you need. The major, a terrace with direct access from all the rooms, ideal for both breakfast in the morning and for a glass of wine in the evening. The apartment is located two minutes from the beach of Poniente, 10 minutes from the port and 15 from the San Lorenzo beach. There are shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and cafes, the Aquarium and even a spa, all within walking distance. It's our first Airb&b floor experience and it couldn't have been more satisfying. Thank you very much Jessica and Ángeles (beach towels were all a detail)

We loved the apartment, since we entered through the door that seemed very cozy with simple but detailed decoration and with everything we need for our stay, until we left with sorrow for not being able to stay longer. The host was pending at all times giving ease of time on arrival as in the solution of any issues that arose and very friendly in recommending us where to eat. I would repeat at any time.

One of the beat hosts i have encountered in my travels. Always checking we were doing fine and recommending places to visit and eat. The place is truly a homelike feel.

Second time staying there. I've tried other options when I didn't find this flat available but by comparison it's still a perfect choice. It is impeccable, everything is new and has everything you need to spend a few days. The location is ideal as you can leave the car in the parking lot and walk to many places. Very friendly host and puts all facilities. Totally recommended. When I come back I will book in time to find available dates.

The impeccable apartment, everything new and with everything you need to clean in addition to utensils, salt, oil...We left coffee and some madalenas as a detail. The host of 10, Anabel very nice and attentive. Luxury place! To repeat.

Daniel was super friendly from the first moment and facilitated entry at all times. Our stay was like feeling at home, it's on with great taste and the location is just 10 minutes away from an urban area with commerce. It seems like a plus that supports pets and is also so clean. We enjoyed our stay at Raúl's place. It's in an interesting neighborhood, which is a blend of old and new. Out of one side you see older homes and surrounding low mountains and countryside, and looking the other direction, it's a modern neighborhood with shopping and places to eat. Oviedo is a wonderful city and Raúl's place was a great base of operations. He was a very good communicator and answered our questions quickly.

The place is beautiful and perfect for large groups. Very comfortable and with all amenities.

Viktor's house is very good option if you want to go in a group and be able to enjoy moments of tranquility. Equally, if you want to make tourism. you are less than 20mins from the center of gijon. Highly recommended!! Viktor had us prepared a great variation of things for breakfast also you had oil, salt and spices to cook at home. We had a great time.

We went to spend the weekend at this house in felechosa and could not go better, a cozy and well located house, in addition to highlight how helpful the house was. The landlords are attentive at all times and made us very comfortable. We'll be back some day for sure some day

A very cozy and clean house. Modern and functional facilities. I recommend it both for the house and for the arrangement of the hostess Ainoha.

Great location. Walking distance to many local attractions and great restaurants. The apartment was larger than expected. Comfortable bed. The pillows were very soft pillows. An option for a hard pillow would have been nice. Kitchen had essentials. I recommend washing cutlery and dishes before use because I found many of them needed to be cleaned. For anyone working remotely, WIFI speed is okay, but there is no ethernet access. Also, there is a primary school located across the street from the apartment and it is quite loud during the day.

We were very good. The description fits what we found. Both Mario and Lili were very nice and a charm. Sitio recommendedado. We were very pleased!

From the first moment we felt at home, the communication was extraordinary before, during and once the apartment was abandoned. To highlight the sympathy of Raúl who received us and gave all the necessary directions as well as Laura who was attentive at all times and also facilitated Asturian places of interest. It's the cleanest and most tidy apartment we've been staying in on Airbnb and we would definitely repeat. We recommend the tortilla sandwiches from the bus station just across the street from the accommodation and they are ideal for breakfast at the accommodation . The accommodation has seemed ideal to rest comfortably on our vacation as a couple in Asturian lands.

We stayed 5 nights at the apartment. Very comfortable and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is very practical. It is a very quiet area and the village has a very nice beach. Aroa took care of us very well, advised us on the best restaurants and places to visit in the village and surroundings. Totally advised.

Second time staying here and it was absolutely fantastic, we love staying here!! It is located in the beautifully historic part of town, with great surroundng architecture and coastal walks, fantastic food and coffee, warming little gallery and the ruins some Roman baths. The Airbnb has the perfect setup to rest and relax from a day of enjoying the town
