Excellent accommodation, very nice and cozy. A very good location, you can walk to downtown. You have the train station next door. It is a super recommended stay, we are our second time and we will definitely repeat when we return. Lau and her mother Rosa are very friendly, perfect hosts.

Great site to vacation in Gijón. We were greeted at the door of the building by Ángeles, who went up with us and showed us the floor. The lady is super friendly and cordial. The apartment was spotless, not a speck of dust throughout the house. Two large bedrooms with comfy beds and spacious closets. Two superlym bathrooms, a living/dining room with large TV and a kitchen with everything you need. The major, a terrace with direct access from all the rooms, ideal for both breakfast in the morning and for a glass of wine in the evening. The apartment is located two minutes from the beach of Poniente, 10 minutes from the port and 15 from the San Lorenzo beach. There are shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and cafes, the Aquarium and even a spa, all within walking distance. It's our first Airb&b floor experience and it couldn't have been more satisfying. Thank you very much Jessica and Ángeles (beach towels were all a detail)

Very well located, near the center but in a quiet area. Other than this is beautiful. Position with great taste and very clean, it is a joy when you enter an apartment and you see everything collected, well put and with a good smell, really that is to be appreciated. Highly recommended to visit Gijón, very easy access and you can walk anywhere, on the other hand, quiet to rest. And the neighbors are very friendly. Definitely to recommend.

The best experience possible. We are a traveling family, numerous stays in very varied places for many years, and we had never enjoyed so much. The house is spectacular, very spacious and with everything you need. Feel like you're in your home, there's absolutely everything! Toys, board games, gadgets of all kinds, etc. I think part of the magic is that you keep discovering new things, new corners, views, etc. every day. And well, the views are stunning… typical Asturian mountain scenery, green, with scattered casitas. Waking up and seeing that is a luxury. And to finish Maria, the hostess. He's been watching over us at all times. It didn't lack a single detail. We will come back.

We enjoyed our stay at Raúl's place. It's in an interesting neighborhood, which is a blend of old and new. Out of one side you see older homes and surrounding low mountains and countryside, and looking the other direction, it's a modern neighborhood with shopping and places to eat. Oviedo is a wonderful city and Raúl's place was a great base of operations. He was a very good communicator and answered our questions quickly.

The place is beautiful and perfect for large groups. Very comfortable and with all amenities.

Viktor's house is very good option if you want to go in a group and be able to enjoy moments of tranquility. Equally, if you want to make tourism. you are less than 20mins from the center of gijon. Highly recommended!! Viktor had us prepared a great variation of things for breakfast also you had oil, salt and spices to cook at home. We had a great time.

Very pleasant accommodation and good location in the Valle d 'Aller. Friendly town with shops. Soothing and very functional house. Ideal after hikes and for a stay of several weeks. Thanks to Teresa for hosting us.

From the first moment we felt at home, the communication was extraordinary before, during and once the apartment was abandoned. To highlight the sympathy of Raúl who received us and gave all the necessary directions as well as Laura who was attentive at all times and also facilitated Asturian places of interest. It's the cleanest and most tidy apartment we've been staying in on Airbnb and we would definitely repeat. We recommend the tortilla sandwiches from the bus station just across the street from the accommodation and they are ideal for breakfast at the accommodation . The accommodation has seemed ideal to rest comfortably on our vacation as a couple in Asturian lands.

Amazing place to disconnect or visit villages of interest. A very cozy apartment with a fireplace and jacuzzi to relax. We were attended by Silvia, very friendly and for any problem she is available. Thank you for the welcome bottle of wine. We will be back!!

We stayed 5 nights at the apartment. Very comfortable and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is very practical. It is a very quiet area and the village has a very nice beach. Aroa took care of us very well, advised us on the best restaurants and places to visit in the village and surroundings. Totally advised.
