You can walk to MOA from the condo. It is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Very small, but clean and quite. The bottom level has lots of shops and restaurants. The pictures show a bed and couch, which is true. It would be very cramped for 4 people. Very nicely finished with wood paneling I felt like I was in a fancy high end room. It's clean and in a good location, if you want a place to sleep after explore manila. highly recommend 👌.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Toshi/Maricar’s condo unit, and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations in every way. The space is not only clean and well-maintained but also thoughtfully designed to ensure maximum comfort and convenience. The unit is tastefully decorated, with modern furnishings and a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials I needed for our stay. I also appreciated the strong Wi-Fi connection, which made it easy to work and stay connected during my time there. One of the highlights of the unit is its excellent location. It’s conveniently close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Maricar was also an exceptional host—very responsive.

Dervin's Staycation Experience

Was looking for a place to stay for a 1 month class i need to attend, hotels nearby was much more expensive which is why i opted for an AirBnB and was not disappointed with Dervin’s staycation they have everything you will ever need and you will feel right at home. starting from the kitchen the pots and pan are readily available and they also have a rice cooker. As for the living room, they have a wonderful smart tv for watching netflix, youtube and etc…. Aircon is centralized so noise is kept outside and you get a quiet sleep throughout the night. The Wi-Fi was a huge help it goes up to 100 Mbps (Megabits per second) which should equate to 12.5 MegaBytes per second, playing online games such as Tekken 8, Delta Force, and Dota 2 got me 30ms, 70ms, and 67ms respectively. The bathroom also has towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available for use however I did find the heater a little colder than to my liking and i wish it was hotter. Well to sum it up this is a good choice!

The place had everything I needed, even a filtersystem so I could drink tab water. Jammie is sooo caring, she even took care of pest control which really saved me mentally ❤️❤️ haha I'm German...The apartment is cozy and cute, I felt very comfy in this place and I am very very grateful!! The host answers really quickly and takes immediate care, so it was really relaxing for me ❤️❤️

Anne’s place was really nice. The location was amazing as it has the amenities view. Complete with toiletries and cooking, eating utensils. Has cool board games and childrens book that my 2yr old loved. Ate Norma, her caretaker was very nice as well, she even helped us carry our luggage. I strongly recommend this AirBnB and will definitely be booking this again.

Me and my wife loved it. This was our first ever Airbnb experience. We stayed for 2 nights and it was an absolute stress reliever. The co-host Genalyn was very responsive and answered all our questions. The room was spotless. The wifi is acceptable but I do not recommend using it to play online games, video streaming is fine though (speed ranges from 20-50 Mbps). You will need to sign in using your own Google and streaming service accounts to use the TV. The Kitchen is equipped with a standard pot and pan, dishes and cutlery are included. Host provided us with a few water bottles, coffee strips and sugar packets. Bathroom has a water heater, sitting bidet and automatic washing machine, you will need to bring your own body and laundry soap. The building is about 15-20 min walk to Mall of Asia. The pool is less than stellar. Having access to it from the balcony is very nice but there are sections of the pool that are clearly unkempt (rusting hand rails, dirty wall tiles, etc).

Very nice resort like condo. Very safe and secure. Pools are amazing. Condo property is well maintained and very clean. Pictures do not do this place justice. As a US citizen I felt very safe in and around the property. I walked by myself on several occasions. Mall across the street and a few restaurants near by.

We stayed KC's place for 4 days and 3 nights. We really liked her place because it was clean and spacious. All the amenities mentioned were there and balcony's view is a Plus!!!! We recommend that you do your grocery ahead of time since the nearest convenience store is a bit far from the place. Overall experience was nice and worth it. And we really appreciate KC for being so responsive for all the queries. Thank you!

Had a great night with MR suites except that we couldn’t find utensils but there are plates in the unit tho. Renz is very responsive and really friendly during our stay. Sun's place is spectacular and perfect. Everything in the apartment is detailed and functional. The place is located at the city, it has a nice view of the pool, the kitchen is very clean and spotless as well as the bathroom. The bed is comfortable and overall, the place smells so nice. He made sure that my stay is comfortable and safe by helping me with my luggages and giving me a nice warm welcome with complimentary gifts such as snacks. What I love the most is that he's also thoughtful in providing the things I might be needing in the place. Everything you need is in there! My standard for an airbnb place has gone up! Indeed, staying at Sun's place makes you feel pampered and at home. I will definitely book again.

Our stay at Edgar's place was great. The location is very accessible, near Anonas LRT station and it's very clean and safe. The staff are friendly and always helpful.
