It was a very pleasant experience, the entire team was very respectful and friendly and Roger did an excellent job. I highly recommend this place if you want rest, discretion and privacy.

I have no words to describe how beautiful this property was! Some of the highlights include an incredibly kind, accommodating, communicative and helpful host. Vivian was able to guide us through the entire process from the time we booked our stay to our final day at her property. Even when we got there we were welcomed by the location managers as staff which were just as helpful and welcoming! As for the place, it was even better than the pictures. The pool was cleaned early every single day making it crystal clear and perfect for our family. The entire house was extremely spacious with each of the bedrooms having beautiful views and bathrooms inside. There were also plenty of games for everyone to enjoy such as dominoes and billiard. Everything was spotless, organized, and we even had pool and bathroom towels available to us! At the same time, the beach was a short walk away and it was one of the most beautiful beaches I have been to. Overall, would highly recommend!!

Very cool place! Jose was waiting for us and showed us around the property. As an American, definitely a little more "off the grid" feel. Your room opens directly to the outside to the beautiful views. Jose and his wife offered us breakfast for $5 USD per person per day and it was delicious! He also arranged a taxi for us to take us to the nearby sugar plantation that used to house slaves and the beach. Trinidad as a whole only has power a few hours a day, so be prepared for that, but don't let it deter you!

They are very attentive , and the truth t e make you feel at home , whatever I need they did their best to help me make sure everything was fine , they are very respectful

Simply Amazing! I went to Cuba for the weekend with some friends for my birthday, Ernesto and the staff are outstanding. Everything you need is easily accessible and the staff always have a smile on. The food, drinks and cigars are fantastic. Taxis to the town were always available and only took about 15-20 minutes to go to downtown Havana, after coming back from exploring one day Ernesto had a birthday cake waiting for me which I thought was extremely thoughtful. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for excellent service at a beautiful property.

I really felt the most positive energy coming from the owner and her staff. The food was delicious and I was always satisfied & satiated. I’ve been to Cuba 8 times and stayed in many places! This one was by far the best and I like that there was security there and he would always open and close the gate upon our departure and arrival. Wifi always struggles everywhere in Cuba but I actually need to disconnect myself from My phone every now and then so I’m ok with that. However, it should be attainable moving forward but it’s not so imperative to me as it is for others! I would definitely stay again but I do feel that they should not charge extra if I have 7people as opposed to 6. I had an issue booking from the beginning and it could not be fixed so I had to have one of my friends book at another place by themselves. This was the best choice! The house is big, clean and everything was available for us. We were a group of 10 and stood in the house for 7 nights. There was breakfast served everyday for a small charge which was convenient to us because we didn't have to waste time looking for breakfast before starting our day in Havana. The place is located in a great neighborhood in Havana. The owner Perla was just Amazing! She treated us like her kids, helping us with everything she could. The ladies that took care of us fixing the place every day were very helpful and nice. I cannot say anything bad about this place, I just loved it. There is a near by Paladar called La Casa that is a hidden Gem, every guest must try it.

The agency VIP2CUBA and the owner Michel were a pleasure to work with! They were always available for any questions we had and so kind. Our trip to Cuba was amazing. The home was perfect and so comfortable for our big group of adults and small children. We definitely recommend and would definitely go back!

The location was great and in a safe neighborhood. The host was available to answer all of our questions. Breakfast was offered for a fee and was a great way to start our days. The house was spacious and would definitely recommend to others traveling in larger groups.

The villa was a fantastic choice for our weekend getaway to Cuba! The staff, especially Sylvia, were beyond warm and welcoming. They helped with recommendations for local places to eat and were wonderfully attentive. The location is great, within walking distance to many restaurants and a short cab ride into Havana. I will definitely stay again!

Great place with a great backyard with a big pool. House was clean and checked everyday to make sure you don’t need anything extra. Security is provided which makes you feel more secure. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Generator worked great and turned on immediately. Overall a great experience highly recommend.

I’ve stayed in so many Airbnb’s but this one really stood out to me the most. The hosts always responded to my messages and came to help when needed. My family had so much fun being in the house we didn’t want to go anywhere else. She accommodated to the size of my family and made sure they felt welcomed when they arrived. Not only did we gain memories in this house we gained friends with the hosts. We will most definitely be back again next year. Thank you so much for being so caring and attentive! You’re the best 🩷

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful beach house this weekend. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The location is unbeatable, with direct beach access and stunning views from the terrace. The house is impeccably clean and decorated in a welcoming style that makes it easy to relax. The beds are super comfortable, and the kitchen is fully stocked, which made preparing our meals a real pleasure. Also, Mina, the host, was incredibly attentive and I treat us as a family. I also cook and the food was spectacular. We will definitely book this house again in the future. An unforgettable experience!
