Really enjoyed our stay at Scott’s place. He was very helpful and even called prior to our check in to make everything easy on us. The Airbnb was very clean, spacious, had a gorgeous balcony overlooking the pool and even has a view of the ocean from the condo. We will definitely be booking with him again in the future!

Host: Scott and team were great - timely and accurate communication, and willing to be flexible where possible Property: the units ar Margaritaville are great esp for an extended stay. The location is also good for proximity to a great beach and the Red Hook area for restaurants etc. Staff also very good. My only issue/warning to others is access to the shuttles needed to acces the units on the hillside was not as convenient as t should be - stopped running to early and sometimes very long waits Would definitely go back now that I know what to expect but definitely something to consider

Scott was amazing to work with. Check in/out was very easy and staff was very friendly and informative. Our room was spotless and came with all the amenities as described and we had amazing views overlooking the bay. This was a beautiful private resort with well-manicured grounds. The ocean was unfortunately filled with seaweed during our stay, but the pools were a great substitution. Good food options at the restaurant and the marketplace. We even participated in a couple of the many activities that the resort offers. We will definitely book with Scott again!

Scott was a great host. Very responsive to messages. Gave me a call prior to my trip and explained how to check in. This place is essentially a resort. I was a little confused because it's on Airbnb but Its basically a time share. The pictures depict exactly what it looks like in person. The room was great. It wasn't seaweed season when I went in late January but that seems to be pretty typical here. it wasn't really a beach to hangout on. There is a beach 5 minute walk away. It was incredible! (Coki beach). Super clear water. it wasn't as crowded as the pictures. Margaritaville restaurant was your typical chain restaurant but still good food. There is a local restaurant at the end of the beach I went to almost everyday. Overall, great spot. I would recommend staying here.

Affordable and reasonable prices for great accommodations

Justin and his staff are the best! Great communication and even gave us a heads up on a sailboat excursion that was looking to fill seats. Property description and photos are accurate. We would definitely book Fort Recovery again.

We had to book at the last minute due to an issue with our boat. Both Justin (host) & his father Brian were extremely helpful with navigating things on Tortola way beyond the AirBnB. 10 stars for communication! Justin even sent us pictures of how to get in the unit. We really liked the suggestion of Omar’s Fusion for dinner(s). The Indian dishes & catch of the day were very good. Ft Recovery is a 2nd & 3rd generation run family business built in the 1960’s around ruins from the late 1400’s. Justin told us he & his father are just getting things running again after his grandmother passed away 2 years ago. We stayed in Villa #5 which is one of the earlier built units. It was very clean, quiet & peaceful. My husband was able to work remotely by using the wifi & I curled up with one of the books and read by the ocean which is very close to the villa. We noticed there are 2 moorings off of our villa that would be great for a center console boat, but I forgot to ask if they were for rent.

Enjoyed our Honeymoon here. Was lots to do around the resort as well as the Island. Location is just right for the Ferry to St. John to Megan’s beach. Beaches were clean! Would definitely recommend!

The limestone resort is a beautiful private resort on the island. We thoroughly enjoyed having this place as a home base, with quick drives to Charlotte Amelia, to the north side beaches, and to red hook for food. The pool is enjoyable and there was even a live band playing one afternoon. The beach here is not the best beach to swim/snorkel here, but definitely still great to lounge and soak up the sun.

My family and I just had an amazing time staying with Scott! He was very professional and accommodating. The check in was easy, front desk and concierge were very nice and helpful. Anyone that has stayed at resorts before knows about the regular fees and in this case also Island fees but totally understandable, no surprises at all since it was all explain by Scott on the description (prior to booking) The hotel is well keep and manicure landscape, room is very clean and has main amenities you need as a family. The views from the balcony were incredible! The market place has delicious breakfast sandwiches. The main restaurant is great for lunch/dinner, good food and drinks. The pool bar is perfect for a relaxing afternoon. The beach is a little rocky, we rented a car and explore beaches in St.Thomas & St.John! Overall we had a wonderful experience with Scott and we are already planing to come back to Limetree next year. Thank you for making our family vacation so special!

The place was beautiful, Scott and his brother did an amazing job giving clear instructions on how to check into the resort. So many fun things to do, me and my children enjoyed ourselves and would stay again. 10/10 highly recommend ❤️

In the Margaritaville resort- keep in mind since it is an airbnb they do not clean your room for you or bring additional towels- everything else is like you are a normal guest. The only thing that bothered me was the very bright lights coming from the dishwasher- bring an eye mask!

We'll be going back! Great accommodations. Perfectly suited kitchen for breakfasts and lunches, if you go grocery shopping. Small details included, like fresh salt&pepper shakers, paper towels, dish towels and dishwasher detergent. Our room was in Bldg 14 which could not have been more convenient, easy walk to the hillside pool. Pool was often nearly full but never felt crowded (no need to reserve chairs when the pool opened in the morning). Fabulous view. Frozen concoction machine was a hoot, plus it worked great. We purchased daiquiri fixings at the grocery store and made some every day. The pool bartender was cool (no glass, though). Free parking for the rental car. And I could always find a parking spot. Lots of storge space, drawers to unpack the luggage into. Comfortable bed. Extra pillows and towels. Very nice shower. Wish I had one like it in my home. No bugs on campus. Very clean. The building has a free washer and a dryer on 3rd and 4th floors. Detergent provided in room.

We had our original Airbnb cancel last minute and Scott responded promptly and got us set up with a place and even had us upgraded! We had a great stay, the place was clean, great views, would recommend to others! Picassos across the street was great for coffee and a bagel in the mornings. The ferry to St. John’s was also worth it for the day!

Great place to stay prefect location between Coki and Saphhire beach. Very accessible and lovely amenities and pools

You have to visit the island and the best place to stay is with scott!!!
