Serenity Cove was absolutely incredible! The pictures didn’t do it justice! It was the perfect place for a weekend getaway with some friends. The views were incredible and picturesque. The location was the best of both worlds being far enough from the city to feel like you’re tucked in your own little wonderland but still close enough in case you need to run to the store, go uptown or place a delivery order. The house is stocked with all sorts of things like cooking utensils and games and truly nothing beats just sitting and spending time on their amazing deck. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a spot for a getaway in the Charlotte area.

What a beautiful location and perfect accommodations. We loved being able to sit on the screened in porch for meals and used the dock for a morning yoga session. The beds were comfortable and the whole place was cozy and inviting. Would highly recommend Cliff and his beautiful home to a family or group who wants to get away with beautiful surroundings.

We chose this condo for a girls’ week (plus budget planning for 2025). We wanted a place we didn’t have to leave; somewhere where we could cozy up and enjoy the week - and we did just that! We didn’t leave the condo (except to walk my dog - it’s pet friendly!) all week until the night of the concert we were going to. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything you’d need. Katie was super helpful prior to the trip and during. Very responsive! The fireplace you see in the photos doesn’t work. It was pretty cold the week we were there and it snowed so it would have been nice to have been able to turn that on. Not a huge deal, but just an fyi. Again, Katie was fabulous and I would rent from her again!

Nice lake house. Comfortable spaces. The living room was spacious but only 1 table lamp to light the space after dark. This house is not one to pick for anyone with mobility issues as all bedrooms are downstairs and kitchen/living room upstairs. We enjoyed our stay.

This place is immaculate. The grounds are perfect. It’s got neighbors near by but they made sure to make it very private. The host supplied a lot of useful items and it is a very clean place to stay. The hot tub was everything. It was very quiet and a great place to relax. Only thing I would say is that it is very tight so even with two people it feels cramped. There is not a lot of space to keep large bags but everything else was so amazing it would not even deter us from coming back.

We loved this little “cozy cottage” we nicknamed. It was perfect for our family while we had to be out of our house for some work to be done. Really comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen supplies and everything functional. We hope to come back over the summer to be able to utilize the outdoor amenities at the lake! Highly recommend this cute place!

Super cute! We loved staying here. With summer around the corner we did notice some bugs (stinkbugs) but they are everywhere around here around this time of year we got them out and didn’t have any issues afterwards. I had left some of my belongings after we checked out and were in a hurry to get to my husbands race I was able to meet up with the host afterwards once I got home (several hours later) once I realized they were missing. Huge help. Would absolutely stay again. We have another race at the same location later on this year and will most likely be booking again if available. The bed is very comfortable as well my husband called it the “cozy camper”.

We spent 5 weeks in Amanda’s house. It was more than comfortable. The bed was so comfy. Our dogs totally enjoyed the fenced in backyard! I had packed a ton of cooking supplies…..thinking the house would not be sufficiently stocked for someone who loved to cook. My stuff stayed in boxes. House was stocked with everything we needed. High end utensils & pots. Extra bonus…..Amanda is a realtor. And helped us find our perfect retirement home! I absolutely recommend this property & host!!!
