If you’re looking for the perfect spot to enjoy the beauty of Caddo right outside your window, this is the place! The walk down the dock, under the Cypress trees felt straight out of a movie. We were able to paddle through the water straight from the house. Then, there’s the beautiful accommodations too! The bed was so comfy, I had to take pictures of the labels so I can recreate it at home. And the soaking tub was such a treat! 10/10 recommend and I hope we get to come back!

This gorgeous little cabin was the perfect for us! It was the first time my husband couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful it was and that’s saying a lot. Perfect driveway for a boat trailer. Highly recommend this spot.

Jennifer’s Tiny Emerald backs right up to the bayou! It’s so peaceful and beautiful in a unique kind of way. The cabin is very tiny for six, but our children really enjoyed the top area. The mattress in the main bedroom and top is very comfortable. It’s decorated very cute! It rained a lot while we were there, so we couldn’t enjoy the outdoors very much. It looks like there would have been a lot to do if the weather would have been warmer and dryer. But we enjoyed the view and ambiance. Rain hitting the roof, while watching ducks swim around was great for a relaxing December afternoon.

I requested to book at the very last minute. Jennifer responded promptly, was flexible, accommodating and very pleasant to interact with. Though POINT Emerald Cabin looked nice on the outside, the inside was exquisite, designed & decorated like a picture out of a magazine! The living area had 2 skylights & a stone fireplace, and both bedrooms were spacious, had large windows & doors opening to the screened-in back porch. Outside, the water surrounded the big backyard on 3 sides and had beautiful, tall Cypress trees growing out of it, through which to kayak or canoe using the plenty available. There were also 3 different areas set up with lawn/patio furniture to relax and take in the scenery: one in front by the grill, another in the side yard near the boathouse, and a third around a firepit near the water. Despite undesirable weather, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and plan to return very soon! Thank you again Jennifer for being a great host!

GREAT LOCATION UNDER PINE TREES ON A QUIET SPOT ON CADDO LAKE. PERFECT FOR KAYAKING RIGHT FROM THE PROPERTY INTO A SLEEPY RIVERLET THAT MERGES INTO STUMPY LAKE OR BIG CYPRESS. WE PLAN ON GOING BACK!

We spent three nights at Eve's cabin in mid-April. It was SO much more than listed, the photos don't do it justice. The house was spotless. LOVED the layout and it was decorated so perfectly, exactly as you would expect a cabin to be. It was just perfect for a weekend getaway. So peaceful and quiet. We spent most of our time on the deck, enjoying the peace and quiet. We fished a little, but mostly just sat and watched the water go by! We will definitely be visiting again.

Our family enjoyed our stay. Property is updated and modern with many small touches which we appreciated considering it is so far away from stores, specifically the kitchen and the little extras most hosts do not include i.e. zip lock bags, spices, coffee. Would recommend and return. Kids (ages 7-16) had a great time.

The Whiskey Barrel cabin at Caddo was a perfect spring break retreat. The guys loved kayaking to the linked lakes seeing otters, gorgeous little blue herons, the living fossil bowfin fish and a pileated woodpecker. The cabin and detached playroom were GORGEOUSLY decorated allowing me several places indoor and out to recuperate from surgery with lovely views of the water. and majestic cypress and pines. I was joined by a nesting pair of Carolina wrens for my morning coffee. We enjoyed cast netting and fishing off the water level deck and I caught a beautiful large mouth bass. The cabin had plenty of lounge areas with perfectly placed lighting for reading. My husband loved his “office” in the lounge chairs and relaxing in the hot tub after days of paddling. Perfect relaxing get away spot. Me and my fiancé loved this perfect to rekindle and take in nature. Would definitely want to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Jennifer’s place. It is so cozy and spacious. The lake is just across the street. The property has canoe, kayak, and everything you need to explore the lake. Jennifer is a friendly and responsive host. Highly recommended!

Great location - right across the street from a boat launch. Spot on description. Super quick response time to the only issue which was a WiFi password misunderstanding. Adorable tiny spot - decor, furnishings and supplies were over and above. 10/10 would stay again!

Great place to stay! Definitely on my go to list for when I'm back in the area.

Jennifer and a staff member was/were incredibly responsive when we first checked in later at night needing batteries for the thermostat for a cold night ahead! This was our first trip to Caddo Lake, and we loved having the selection of all the canoes and kayaks available to try out. We also chose this cute house b/c as a family of four & a dog, we didn't want to share a wall with a neighbor/be too close to anyone- it was perfect! The Caddo Shores Cabins are all in a line/across the street from each other, and now knowing that, this one was still best for us. It was also convenient to be able to do our laundry (it startled us for a second with gurgling coming from the right sink in the large bathroom when the washer drained- so FYI to anyone in that bedroom AND if you start a load at night, lol). And there is a little storage shed/washer & dryer set up in the back of the property where staff come back & forth after a guest checks out, and everyone was kind and friendly. Will return! :)

First of all, amazing host! So accommodating, friendly, and thoughtful. We were evacuating from another state due to severe weather and I was so pleasantly surprised to find this spot. Good location, accurate listing description. Can't say enough good things about this place! If we're ever in the area again, I will definitely be booking this property again. 10/10!

Jennifer’s place was absolutely STUNNING!! Super clean, beautifully decorated, INCREDIBLY COMFORTABLE!!! I can’t say enough great things! And she was AMAZING at responding super quickly!! We talked almost the whole weekend!! She was incredibly sweet and patient with my MANY questions!! We will ABSOLUTELY be staying in one of Jennifer’s properties anytime we need and she is available!!! Thank you Jennifer!!!!!

This is Our third visit to Caddo Lake. There is just something magical about this place that you cannot describe with words.

We loved our stay at the Blue Heron! Jennifer was a great hostess that answered all of our questions very promptly and professionally! The house has a beautiful view of the lake and the dock was perfect to sit out on and enjoy the afternoons while everyone fished! Our daughter especially loved the canoes! We can’t wait to go back!
