Very happy stay! The apartment is very well located, a short walk from the beautiful Place de la République and therefore from metro 1. The adjacent street also has many restaurants. In 10 minutes walk you are in the pedestrian city center of Lille and all its shops, cinema. The accommodation itself is easy to find, easy to access independently (be careful, located on the 1st, you have to climb quite narrow and steep stairs ++, especially with a suitcase). The interior is clean, consistent with the photos and description. It is well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, work desk). All for an acceptable rate (value for money). Anyway, good location!

We are a group of 10 friends who had a great weekend in the Lille region. The house as well as Didier's welcome contributed largely to the perfect unfolding of this moment with friends. The house is beautiful and was beyond our expectations (decorations, audio systems, TV...). Of course, we took full advantage of the swimming pool and hot tub. Didier offered us a warm and friendly welcome, with clear explanations about all the services of the house, and even recommended food shops to us. We would not hesitate to return to Didier's place when we were in the area again! Thank you again very much to our host for the perfect weekend:)

Marie's house is very welcoming and warm, just like her host. It is also very functional (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave), there is even a baby chair and a crib. The living room is very spacious and beautiful. We felt great and I think that's the most important feeling. We didn't need anything more. We recommend it with pleasure.

Charming dovecote located in the heart of a beautiful property, perfect for discovering Lille and its surroundings. Olivier was very attentive throughout our stay. Parking is a major asset. And most importantly, the kids loved it! In summary, we will come back without hesitation.

We had a pleasant stay at Denis's place. It is responsive and his home is very clean, well equipped. We also had some thoughtful touches. Denis gave us some information for our tours such as the Roubaix pool we visited, and gave us restaurant names. I highly recommend its location.

Large very comfortable apartment with a neat and warm decoration that has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Quiet environment, close metro and bus stop at the foot of the residence. Harrowing path to the citadel. Many quality shops and restaurants nearby. Perfect private parking because it's difficult to park in Lille. Interaction with Marie Josée was easy and helpful, she was very friendly and attentive even from a distance. I highly recommend this listing!

Hugo's apartment is the perfect getaway for those who want to explore Lille. Spacious, comfortable with all the necessary amenities. There is a kitchen, but it would be a shame not to explore the many fine cafes and restaurants within walking distance (our favorites: La Capsule for the best beer selection and Quai 38 for the best fish in the wider area). Hugo is an ideal host: he provided clear instructions and was always available for questions. So highly recommended!

We used the accommodation as a base to visit Lille and go cycling in the region "Paris-Roubaix". The availability of a personal free parking space and garage box for storing our bikes was very comfortable. The apartment is excellently located, and just a few minutes walk you are at a tram stop that takes you either to the center of Lille or to Roubaix. By bike you are also quite quickly out of the busy city region to enjoy the beautiful nature east of Lille. The apartment is really 'top' price/quality, nicely decorated, great sanitary facilities, and an excellently equipped kitchen where really nothing is missing. Highly recommend, and we will definitely return.

Great place to stay for a city trip, especially when traveling by train! Very friendly and responsive hosts, clean and cozy apartment! Would stay there again :)
