The place had everything a larger group needs for a longer stay. Very clean with plenty of space. Only a 5 minute walk to the metro line.

Axelle is very responsive. Her father gave us the keys and showed us the space and showed all the amenities. The accommodation is very functional, well equipped, cozy and pleasant. We felt very good about it. We had a pleasant stay. Everything was as described, no bad surprises. We highly recommend this accommodation. And we'll be back with pleasure. Very good stay of 4 nights with 4 couples for a wedding in the area. The house is spacious and very nice, exactly as the photos. We did not enjoy the outdoors but it is very beautiful. Very quiet area and space to park several cars in the driveway with gate. Very well equipped accommodation. The master bedroom is superb and the other 3 bedrooms are very good. Only point to note one of the bedrooms is a very firm futon mattress. William is very responsive and flexible on check-in and check-out times. We recommend this listing 👍😉

Everything is perfect in Paulo's house. We where enjoying everything. It's rare to fall into such clean places. Very nice place, very well decorated, very good mattress. Really everything is perfect. In addition, we have parking space. The bakery is close by for breakfast. The place is very close to the RER station ( convenient to visit Paris) but is ultra quiet. A real slice of heaven. Ultra easy communication with Paulo. It's been a long time since we rented air B&Bs but it's by far one of the best. Thanks Paulo! We hope to be back someday!

Paul’s home is beautiful and very comfortable. I loved the fireplace and the thoughtful curation of books, art and vinyl records. Every detail invites you to relax and unwind. The garden is also very special. Paul is a very kind and generous host, and I’m grateful for his help and recommendations. I’d return to Paris, not just for the city, but to experience the stay at his home all over again. Thank you.

Claire’s apartment was so spacious, which was important to us. We were traveling with our adult daughter and wanted space to relax after long days of sightseeing. I loved the balcony and the Christmas tree was a gorgeous touch. The street was so quaint with many bakeries, markets, and stores to shop in. I would definitely want to stay here again

It's a wonderful little loft. The patio/terrace was spacious and would be a great place to hang out and relax. Unfortunately, I was there in late January and it was pretty rainy most of my stay. Everything was clean and it was easy to find and there were clear instructions to get in. I had a great time!

We spent the night at Ramo's place, this place is exactly as described (much better in real life). We'll be back for sure!

We stayed as a family with 8 people in the apartment, for a weekend. The place was just as described in the pictures, clean, chic and sufficiently equipped. It was a very easy communication with Alain Ronald. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back on the next trip to Paris!

A great place for our visit to Paris. Sophie was great - responsive, proactive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect and the view of the Eiffel Tower made each night feel so magical!

We had a great stay at this apartment. We were here for Christmas and enjoyed having Christmas Eve dinner at the apartment. It was well set up for food preparation and the area has the most wonderful stores for buying the most delicious food! We loved the area, we felt very local and it was close to many train stations so easy to get anywhere in Paris quickly but you only need to leave the area to see the big touristy sights because the area is perfect for drinking/dining & shopping. The apartment was so spacious for a Paris apartment, it was the best we have ever stayed in and would stay there again in future. Alain and Eric were very helpful throughout our stay. Thank you!

My stay was just great. Sabrina and her daughter are at their best. Whether in terms of responsiveness, in terms of adaptability, in terms of communication I have nothing to repeat. It's rare to come across hosts like that. The apartment was clean, spacious, perfectly equipped, true to photos and up to all our expectations. I recommend 200%, it was a great stay and I will come back voluntarily whenever an opportunity arises 👌🏼

Judith and Cédric are the definition of super-hosts, highly responsive and you're unlikely to find a warmer welcome to Paris! Unfortunately my spoken french is no where near the level I wish it to be, however I was reassured to know that Judith and Cédric speak very good English and both had a great sense of humour to go with it. (Even when we managed to lock ourselves out!) The apartment itself was a joy to stay in, very clean with nice big windows throughout to let in good amounts of natural light and spacious. But most importantly it was very quiet and this couldn't have been a greater relief after 8-9hrs travelling by car from England, you wouldn't think you're in the central Paris! The local area is very walkable neighbourhood and you have a well stocked Carrefour at the end of the street for groceries. Also Canal St Martin is only a 5 minute walk away as well as a Metro station. All in all, a very delightful visit and would happily stay again!

We had a lovely stay in this place. The host is very welcoming and the apartment is spotless. It is also perfectly located to go to Disneyland Paris as well as for shopping. Would highly recommend!

We had wonderful stay in Etienne’s and Vincent duplex apartment. Apartment was very clean, great instructions and easy to find. Apartment looks wonderful like on pictures. The apartment is modern decorated and has all facilities. Very comfortable bed, especially my wife like it as she usually has problems with sleeping. 12 min walk from train Station which is good link to Central Paris. It’s located in quite neighbourhood. Thank you Vincent for your recommendations and help. It was pleasure to stay in your property, we really felt like home. We Highly recommend Etienne’s property.

We loved our stay over new years at this stunning spot! Our host Florence was so amazing and greeted us when we arrived and answered any questions we had over our stay! Her home is so beautiful and filled with books and was located in such a fun and walkable area with so many amazing restaurants and cafes around the corner! We will absolutely book this spot in the future when we visit Paris and would highly recommend it to anyone!!!!
