I had a weekend and had a good experience. Well organized, clean, good internet. Excellent communication with the host. It is well located, but in a very noisy area. Although the apartment is in a high location, you could still hear a lot of noise at night. What's more, a great stay. Approved!

The apartment is cozy, has everything you need for your stay: sheets; towels; heater; iron; basic appliances; dryer; etc. The surroundings are beautiful. In addition to being very well located.

Extremely complete, full kitchen, has everything from ironing to snacks, chocolate, soda, beer, with tabulated prices that are paid aside. The cafe is on behalf of the host. Spotless cleaning. The mattress is of great quality, high and firm. Lençol, on sheet and pillowcase, it is possible to smell freshly washed. TV, air conditioning, shower, very good quality. It is noticed that it was not saved (especially on items that generate comfort) to assemble the apt. Location very central, it's all around. I did everything practically on foot. And lastly the icing on the cake, the windows have those shutters that completely isolate the clarity, something increasingly rare on airbnb these days. This all still with the value equal to or less than others.

We were hosted for a week with our two children. The house is spacious and comfortable, with clean and cozy beds, good bath, quiet neighborhood and the always attentive and caring hostess. The outdoor balcony space has synthetic grass and is great for children to play or for a chimarrão at the end of the day. We like it very much and we will be back.
