Vacation rentals with a patio in Coventry Township

We rented the house for a month, the house is very nice, clean, the utensils are basically complete, near Christmas the landlady also specially brought a door ornament to decorate the house. 👍We will stay here again next time come to dover, and I will recommend this house to my friends.

We enjoyed the stay. I didn’t realize there would be people upstairs prior to reserving. This wasn’t a problem…we travel with a sound machine, but I feel it should be part of the details in the listing prior to reserving.

Elisha's place was perfect. Everything was clean and cozy. Elisha was friendly and helpful. And I was able to stay in the neighborhood I grew up in which is a friendly safe neighborhood within walking distance of multiple restaurants, a local grocery, a movies theater, and more. The basement apartment was well appointed and looks better in person than the pictures- and the pictures were fine! I hope to stay there again when visiting my hometown.

This charming little place is just as described. Quiet and peaceful, a great place to kick back and relax. Christine is a thoughtful host. She had the place warm and cozy up on arrival. From the toasty fireplace, to the loaf of homemade bread. We definitely recommend the stay.

Very clean and private and close to everything we wanted to see and do. The apartment was well stocked and as listed. Super comfy and would definitely stay again.

Loved the AirBnb. Had access to everything I needed including laundry. Location is good especially being by the freeway. The only thing to keep in mind is that the location is by a busy intersection directly behind a traffic light. I was able to navigate it though so I did not mind.

Our stay at 157 Paul St. was awesome! It had everything you needed for a weekend, even for a long stay! The beds were comfortable and the towels were luxurious! It had anything you needed for the bathroom or kitchen. The living room was simple but still had the essentials and a work desk. Everything was very clean and in order. Stephanie was great at communicating and we would definitely stay again!

We arrived from Texas on Saturday morning. We had a short stay at Amy’s place but it’s super clean very comfortable and you feel like you’re at home. Amy has gone above and beyond to put the little extras in that truly make it a home away from home from the shampoo and conditioners to make up remover. The kitchen coffee bar is stocked with almost anything you need for a hot cup to a full pot of coffee. This is a far better experience than staying in a hotel and she’s very responsive. There was something I couldn’t find. I text her and she messaged me back promptly was always very pleasant and super friendly! Hope to stay with you again Amy! Hugs from Texas!

I’m a fan of this place! I love the way it’s decorated and it is in a really good location! I’ll definitely continue to seek it out when I visit at Kent St. Paul is a great host - very responsive and friendly.

Julie was a very accommodating host and the place was exactly as described, which was perfect for what we needed. It was extremely clean and well outfitted, even nicely decorated for the holidays to give it a cozy, homey feel. The fenced yard was also nicely kept and great for our pups to safely run around in. Julie was very communicative, providing clear and helpful instructions, recommendations, and assistance when we needed to extend our reservation and after we realized we had left an item behind. We can definitely recommend staying here and we’d happily book again next time we’re in the area.

We had a great stay at Rachel’s house. Listing is exactly as described and even more so! Great location and we especially enjoyed the wonderful snacks and coffee! I would highly recommend Ifijen and Efe’s apartment. It has an extremely nice kitchen and balcony, the bedrooms are very well appointed, and the bathrooms are also very well taken care of. We couldn’t have asked for more. Very nice place.

Perfect

I needed a last minute place to stay while visiting family in the area. This place was very clean and comfortable for myself and a baby. The bed I slept in was even better than my own, and the place included a pack n play which was convenient. Only complaint I have is that I could hear lots of noise in the adjacent apartment. I don’t think they were very loud guests either.. more like the walls were thin. I had trouble falling asleep for a bit because I kept hearing them move around. Playing white noise on Spotify helped with that lol. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely come again.

I recently stayed at Al's property! The place was amazing! I enjoyed my stay! The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! I had a relaxing weekend! The property is conveniently close to many stores, restaurants and attractions! The host was very friendly and responsive! He's refreshments were greatly appreciated after traveling and checking in so late! The house looks just like the pictures. I definitely will be staying here in the future! This is a great choice.
