Vacation rentals with a patio in Coventry Township

We rented the house for a month, the house is very nice, clean, the utensils are basically complete, near Christmas the landlady also specially brought a door ornament to decorate the house. 👍We will stay here again next time come to dover, and I will recommend this house to my friends.

Great safe place to stay for awhile and feel good about coming back to the place after a day of activities.

Had a great time, I got a little loud because of competitive gaming... forgot I had upstairs neighbors and he was very polite when asking us to keep the noise down. would return!

This place was cute, clean, in a good location and easy to access! I would stay here again, it was perfect for my short trip. There were so many amenities that made my stay extra cozy. It's tucked in the basement so it got a bit chilly when the temps dropped, but they had a space heater that helped. Thanks for hosting!

We had a wonderful couple days at Christina's guest house. It was warm and inviting, just the perfect cozy space for the 4 of us. Enjoyed the birds at the feeder and a beautiful setting. Also were greeted with a loaf of homemade bread and peanut butter spread on the counter. Definitely recommend!

this place was exactly as shown in the photos, super clean, and comfortable. a perfect stay for the night, me and my friends felt right at home! yolanda was also super responsive and flexible with check in times which was greatly appreciated, definitely would recommend and stay again! money well spent!!

Our stay at 157 Paul St. was awesome! It had everything you needed for a weekend, even for a long stay! The beds were comfortable and the towels were luxurious! It had anything you needed for the bathroom or kitchen. The living room was simple but still had the essentials and a work desk. Everything was very clean and in order. Stephanie was great at communicating and we would definitely stay again!

We arrived from Texas on Saturday morning. We had a short stay at Amy’s place but it’s super clean very comfortable and you feel like you’re at home. Amy has gone above and beyond to put the little extras in that truly make it a home away from home from the shampoo and conditioners to make up remover. The kitchen coffee bar is stocked with almost anything you need for a hot cup to a full pot of coffee. This is a far better experience than staying in a hotel and she’s very responsive. There was something I couldn’t find. I text her and she messaged me back promptly was always very pleasant and super friendly! Hope to stay with you again Amy! Hugs from Texas!

The location is in a great spot to visit family in the surrounding areas. The house is very clean and comfortable. The bedrooms are a good size, and having two bathrooms is a plus! Would definitely recommend!

This was such a beautiful and clean home! It appeared to be a pretty new house, and the pictures honestly don’t do it justice. There is a LOT of space, and everything you need for a nice stay. I definitely recommend!

Julie was a very accommodating host and the place was exactly as described, which was perfect for what we needed. It was extremely clean and well outfitted, even nicely decorated for the holidays to give it a cozy, homey feel. The fenced yard was also nicely kept and great for our pups to safely run around in. Julie was very communicative, providing clear and helpful instructions, recommendations, and assistance when we needed to extend our reservation and after we realized we had left an item behind. We can definitely recommend staying here and we’d happily book again next time we’re in the area.

The perfect place to stay with kids for weekend!

My husband and I stayed at Paul’s with our 2 dogs. We felt right at home and had no issues during our stay! It was snowing out when we arrived and Paul was very accommodating and let us park in the garage. We only had the opportunity to spend 12 hours in the home because we used it as a rest stop driving cross country, but I’d definitely stay there again next time we’re visiting family.

I booked the condo for a birthday getaway for me and my best friend and I must say this was a wonderful getaway. From the parking garage to the condo was a breeze. loved that the parking space is right next to the elevator, very convenient. short ride on the elevator to the beautifully decorated very clean and welcoming condo. The welcome snack basket was very nice. This condo sits conveniently above the north side market that has different local vendors and a bar. The condo had everything I could possibly need and I didn't have leave to get a single thing. the hosts truly make you feel at home. I plan to stay again in the very near future!
